  • Solid app, few bugs

    I have been using NordPass and NordVPN for about 2 years now. I have not had any deal breaking bugs with either app and have been pleased with the pricing for the most part. I can not get Touch ID to work properly on my MacBook, but Face ID works perfectly on my phone. If you don’t want to pay for a password manager and only use Apple devices, I would suggest using their new passwords app. Keychain has gotten very good these past couple of years.

    The previous app was very good, but this new extension is just awful. I really don’t see the point. It does not populate like the previous app. You have to put in the master password every time you use it. So, it is no longer my go to password manager. I began using different one.

  • Won’t even open

    The app will not even open. When I click on it, is says that the Safari extension is turned on and to go into the settings to manage it. If I go into the settings and turn it off, then when I open it, it says that the extension is turned off… So what does it want? No matter what I do, it will not open! Absolute garbage!

  • New new extension does not work

    I’ve been using Nordpass for about a year now, I used to enjoy it. It has some issues, for example I’m annoyed that with Nordpass family you can’t add TOTP codes to the passwords like you can with apple. But once they discontinued the native Mac App it has gotten awful to use. It pops up on every field even when it shouldn’t but then when you have a password field it’s no where to be found. I find that I spend more time copying passwords than I do using the autofill now.

    I agree with every negative review here. Gonna eat my subscription but never again. Probably will jetison NordVPN too when my 2 years is up. Total disregard for their customers. Not good when Customer Support asks stuff like, "well how did you expect it to work?"

  • Tested- Found Lacking

    I've been using Nordpass for two years now, and I have to say it needs to be fixed. The autofill doesn't work on any platform. I use it on Chrome, Safari, iPhones, Android, - all of them. And the autofill just doesn't work. The app on Mac is basically useless for autofill, I have to copy paste both user ID and Password for all logins. In the browsers, I have autofill permssions allowed everywhere, and it never works. Sometimes I have to re-login to the extension, refresh the page, click on the icon, just to end up copy and pasting in the end. If they don't fix it, I'll be out the door pretty soon. Changing my password manager is on my to-do list.

    I FOUND THIS PROGRAM TO BE OF NO VALUE! THE PROMISES OF SECURITY ARE GREAT! BUT, IF YOU CANNOT GET INTO THE PROGRAM, IT WON'T HELP YOU! AND, IF YOU SAVE A PASSWORD AND THEN CHECK NORD, ONLY TO FIND THAT IT DID NOT SAVE THE PASSWORD........MY SINCERE HOPE IS THAT YOU WROTE IT DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER. A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!

  • Extremely bad app

    This is obviously a very rushed app. TouchID just straight up does not work. Autofill, the entire reason that you would install this app, works maybe 50% of the time. Not to mention that the app just sometimes randomly logs you out of your Nord account, so not only do you need to type in your master password, but also re-log into your actual account.

  • It's really bad. Don't waste your money with Nord Pass

    I rarely write reviews, but I felt like it must pass along just how poorly this works on Safari. I constantly have to copy and paste my password in, put in my master password to open the exntension, and it rarely works for auto-logging in using my saved passwords. I just dont understand how has not been fixed yet. It is a very poorly executed extension and makes me regret ever signing up to use Nord Pass. I will be cancelling my subscription once the Apple Passwords app comes out in the latest OS update.

  • Glitchy and slow

    This app is glitchy and slow on Safari on my Macbook Pro. It hangs and doesn't respond when trying to fill fields. It's unusable on Safari and is not worth paying for. The app needs a lot of work and they shouldn't be charging people for this. If you use Chrome, you might be ok, but it does not work with Safari, period.
