    Terrible customer service . I have been trying to download update for 6 month on my computer. Spent hits trying to reach them…I can’t get any help from Nord… email -no return- call not possible😖😠. I will go back to VPN express soon

    Connection hangs and I can’t connect and I cannot pause it because the pause button doesn’t work forcing you to sign out to disconnect. Deleted and cancelled.

    NordVPN is an exceptionally user-friendly, VPN, however, it is limited in more advanced use cases. I mainly use NordVPN to protect my web traffic, protect my identity, and occasionally stream content from other countries, such as Taiwan or Belgium. However, NordVPN does have a severe limitation: functionality in China. On my first trip to China in the fall of 2024, NordVPN totally failed me, and for several days I was stuck without a viable VPN option, and totally isolated from the free Internet. I tried all the different configurations and tricks to try and fix this problem that NordVPN recommended to me, and the customer service agents were wonderful and helpful. However, no matter what we all tried, NordVPN simply would not work while I was inside China. For most people, this won’t be a problem. But for those who use their VPN as a critical tool in their workflow, I advise you to choose a different service if you are going to China.

    started off working fine for the first 6 months or so , now my internet is completely messed up on my phone from this app, every 20 minutes or so I have to go back into the app and change the protocol or change my location ( I paid extra for a designated IP and that has the same issues) and then it will work for maybe 5 minutes and then continue to give me problems , to the point that I can’t even use my phones WiFi properly anymore after deleting the app entirely. Going to buy a new phone I guess. But not before you guys know the truth .

    Doesn’t seem that the product works. Apparently I have an ip leak but don’t have instructions on fixing. Lots of sites and apps are unable to be used (these are not rogue sites or apps). I would not recommend.

    This app would regularly kill my service and connection to WiFi once if not multiple times a day. It did not matter if I was on a server one state over or across the country. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

    If you think you don’t need it, trust & believe you actually Do need it. You don’t realize how much junk & hackers lurk thru the smallest doors that they can find access to get to any of your accounts/sites.
