    It doesn’t confirm any purchases and constantly does actions I don’t want. Buys things, cancels jobs I’m turning to complete. So frustrating, abt to delete this game

    It was great when it worked. I haven’t been able to see my birds but have feathers to collect. It’s been days. Customer support is a joke.

    I do not recommend starting this game. There are a lot of « gotcha » elements, and even when you are trying to to avoid these, the placement of the buttons to « buy » make it so that you frequently make unintended purchases. I’ve never had this much difficulty with a game designed not only to require constant infusions of cash, but also designed to force accidental purchases. It’s too bad because it has tremendous potential to be fun, but they force puzzle games that require purchases and will get that money from you anyways with bad button placement. I’ve decided to quit, as soon as I finish my obligation to my team and tell them that I’ve had enough.

    I used to love this game when they had different challenges for the main game. Now it’s only the merging blocks game thing. I wish we’d have more variety than just playing the same game over and over.

    the advertisements make it seem like the game mainly consists of the girl collecting materials, selling them, getting the money, etc. it’s the whole reason i downloaded the game, and i only got that version of the game for 5 minutes of the hour i wasted my time on it. i heard that “my mini mart” is a game that is more like the version they use in advertisements.

    For the love of God, please stop changing the graphics! They get more and more childish as time passes. Now when you are building in the factories, most of the items don’t fit on the bottom option bar and you have to scroll. There is a serious delay when loading towns people orders and loading bins in the factories. Not everyone wants glittery factory items icons. The game is harder to see, harder to move quickly through the app and has made a noticeable change to the user experience. Update: 01/2026 I’m deleting my account. This has been my fav game for years, I’ve spend hours and tons of money investing in this game and now it’s ALL a money grab. My last straw was the blinking icon telling me to invite my friends to play. It’s blinks and loads over and over and over. It’s completely distracting, takes you out of the game (which is why I play), and ruins the experience. Also, it takes days to build simple structures and everything you build is multi-tiered; it takes days for construction, in order to finish construction you need building materials from the tool exchange. Oh those have to be bought materials from the ships. How do you get materials from the ships, send ships. How do you send ships, by filling shipping containers. How do you fill shipping containers, by making things in the factory or growing in the field. It’s infuriating. I hope this company is sold to owners who actually care about the customer experience.

    If you don’t have both just quit now. Planes, Trains, and ships take forever as well as build out. Sometimes even days!! Who knows if i’ll be alive for that much time lol. It started out entertaining, then quickly got boring as you progress. Everything takes a long time to get done, even the card collecting and events. It’s impossible to get anything done in a timely manner without spending cash. I love my group, but 12+ hours to build a factory? A whole 24 hours for a hotel?! 4 hours to make jam?! Ridiculous! Delete
