    I’ve been playing this game for years but now it is stating there is no internet connection and won’t let me into the game even with multiple uninstallation and reinstallations. Please help.

    This game my favorite and I’ve been playing it for around 2 years now but last Friday the game stopped working and I can no longer play.. I’m writing a review because I’m not sure what the problem of the game is. I would play this game everyday but I can no longer play it. Also another thing is the game needs to be updated since it’s been 2 years since in update! Please fix the game!! I’m not sure if it’s just me having this problem but I would like to be able to play because I’m at a very high level and it’s my favorite game!!

    I downloaded the game last night and tried playing it but I received an error message telling me that I have to connect to the internet in order to start the game. My iPad is connect to my WiFi and has data as well. My internet is also high speed internet. I figured last night that maybe it was my internet, but it’s day number 2 and I’m still unable to try the game out. I haven’t even played it yet and I know it’s not my internet, because all my other apps including games and streaming services work with no issues. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and turned my iPad on and off and nothing. Also please don’t tell me try to contact customer support in the app. I can’t even get past the title screen it physically will not load. So I’m just going to delete the app and not bother with the game. 🙄🙄🙄

  • Cannot get help with technical issue

    I play on my iPad 10 and have recently purchased some coins to pass a level then the game prompted me to update. After the update, the game does not load and it keeps saying I do not have an internet connection. I could not get to the settings button, so I have tried to contact support through the app on my iPhone. The bot will not connect me to support, so now I am stuck with the phone app that is not in the same level I was on the iPad and also does not have the coins I purchased. Detail - the progress on my iPad and iPhone are not the same because the app was having trouble connecting to Facebook to save progress.

    I’ve been playing for a few weeks and I am not sure if there is a bug but it’s always telling me I have connectivity issues when I know that’s not true as I play other game son my iPad.

    I am connected to the internet and it won’t let me launch the game it keeps saying need Internet to launch the game I have uninstalled it and then redownloaded it and it still won’t work

    i love homescapes & gardenscapes so i wanted to try this one out. i downloaded it, but when i tried to get into the game it kept saying “connect to internet to play for the first time.” is there anyway to get past this?

    Love the game so much, I reached 600+ levels. At some point it told me I needed to install an update to move forward in the game, so I did, and now I can’t get passed the Home Screen after I click “Play.” It says to connect to the internet and I am… all my other apps work fine with internet connection except this one.

    Just downloaded the game and it’s saying “you need internet to first play” mind you I am connected to my home internet. It’s starting to piss me off.
