    DoorDash loves to change the app to continually confuse and make it harder to access your information. They also steal from the restaurants that use their platform. Definitely keep your eye on them.

    This looks like they paid someone to port their website to be used as an app. For a billion dollar company, it’s pretty pathetic. Lackluster functionality, scrolling side-to-side on some screens. This is all they provide for taking 25% fees from our sales?

    I’ve had over 5 payment discrepancies with them not paying out what I am owed! Not to mention having to wait over a week sometimes more for a payout for the hard work and labor you put in weeks ago is insane and does not help the business thrive. I have to wait for payments for MY PRODUCT sold and can’t recover in time. Yet you get penalized for not staying open

    App do not perform to expectations every time there is a issue what is the point of having menu update when it don’t update from app . Can’t confirm order can’t change item . I thought uber eats was worst but DoorDash surpassed in being worst delivery app for merchant , to go with that the dump people behind phone don’t know how to solve any issue or bugs ..

    I am extremely frustrated with how DoorDash manages both its service and order handling. While the platform advertises to florists and small businesses, the app is clearly not designed to support our specific needs. It doesn’t properly communicate with its own systems, and the lack of coordination is constant. On several occasions, I’ve received an order, and even before I accept it, a Dasher is already en route. I’ve scheduled later pickup times, only to have drivers show up far earlier than requested. Every time I try to use the “on-demand” driver option, it takes 20+ minutes just to get someone in customer service who understands what I’m asking. Most recently, on Mother’s Day weekend—a critical time for florists—I clearly noted that one order wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes. Despite this, a Dasher was sent immediately. I called multiple times to confirm the prep time and a substitution, but no one seemed to grasp how floral preparation works. To make matters worse, my store was wrongfully suspended because a driver went to the wrong address or assumed I was closed, even though I was very much open. This experience has made it clear: DoorDash is not equipped to support florists. The app lacks proper timing, flexibility, and knowledgeable customer service. I’m requesting that my store be reinstated immediately and that these ongoing issues be seriously addressed.

    We own a small restaurant, and have been working with DoorDash for years and we trusted them. Recently, we found out DoorDash hasn’t paid us from Sep 2024 till Mar 2025, we have been trying to contact them over a month, no solutions, no feedback, cancelled vital meeting without notice, every time called them, same answer, they will send to supervisor, that’s it!!! They are not as good as used to be! Always hard to find them to solve the problem. Also, we had been hacked account once because DoorDash!
