    With the new pilot rating system if the restaurant is a few minutes late getting an order out to us, the dasher takes the blame. We get counted as late and that lowers our dasher rating. If a customer reports damage/order not received that order should only count against the dasher until they have delivered 100 orders then it’s supposed to drop off automatically but it doesn’t. I have one from December 27 and I’ve delivered well over 100 orders and it’s still not off when I call. Support says it’s fixed on their end but it’s not fixed on my end and they assure me that it’s not affecting me getting orders yet I waited 45 minutes for the last order and that’s unheard of in my area. If I have to keep track of my own rating and make sure that they’re getting my rating right that’s a big concern for me, especially since they can never fix it. DoorDash is really frustrating right now. I called to let them know of an issue with scheduling in the app recently and was talked to like a child.

    i’ve had a dasher account for 8 years. i swear they’re a scam. if u just got a job with doordash, ur better off asking people for money on the side of the road. every single cent u make goes to gas. if doordash made a mistake it’s your fault. the app is a POS glitchy mess and the support is a joke. i’m convinced they’re a money laundering scheme. do not waste ur time, this job literally pays absolutely nothing but hundreds of miles on ur car, recycling the same $50 for gas, driving around and never getting orders, and working for 16 hours to empty your $80 tank and only making $65. DO NOT BE A DASHER!! IT. IS. A. SCAM. i even had support try to get me to cancel an order without payment. they’re trained to scam you. believe me. please do not waste your time. i can feel my hair falling out as i type. literally crying from stress DONT DO IT!! i rather be homeless again than be treated like this.

    This app will glitch out repeatedly and then give YOU violations for being late or whatever, when the app itself dropped orders and leaves you having spent gas or multiple people will have been in the system for one order, I just dropped off food and couldn’t complete the delivery because it unassigned me from the order for “inactivity”. I’ve been blamed for every glitch I’ve experienced with this app and when I have disputed the violations, they deny the dispute and tell you there’s nothing they can do. If you want to waste your own gas and time and get no help/be blamed for it, I suggest DoorDashing.

    I’m gonna start off with the one star review. And DoorDash can earn each star with positive things and positive support for me as a Dasher in this company. I had to make a dash to a hotel in downtown Phoenix. The front desk said I couldn’t deliver the food to the room that I had to leave it at the desk. I notated that in the notes and the front desk either lost the order or the guest claimed that I’ve never delivered it. He got away with giving me a one star review and it gave me a contract violation status. I just reached all of my required statistics to receive a top Dasher status. That really only allows me to clock in wherever I’m at. But apparently this contract violation on my record disqualifies me for top Dasher status. I’m going to go ahead and sign on with your other competitors and if they treat me better. I’m gonna stick with them. At the moment because I don’t have top door dasher status clocking into DoorDash in the morning is useless I just go with Lyft and deliver people to their homes. It was ultimately a waste of my time. I was better off with a day job. It went from just shy of $20 per hour to minimum wage minus gas and wear.

    Is a good app and user friendly! BUT the CARPLAY feature NEEDS to be added!! That would be a game changer and it will be so much easier and safer

    I decline an order on a dash, my acceptance rate either declines or the next one will. The next order I get, is THE SAME ONE. (I decline). My acceptance rate suffers. I was told by support that this is because of the amount of dashers in the area.

    App needs a power save mode, I don’t think dark mode is enough. Along with the mile tracking app they consume power faster than my charge can provide.
