    I am a five star Dasher with over 13,000 deliveries and four years of experience as a top Dasher with the platinum status. Over an hour wait for my first order of the day again. This is the real DoorDash. $10 an hour and very long wait times in between orders.

    I don’t make enough money for the amount of gas I use to drive around. I’ll drive to a location off the map for a delivery and then have to drive all the way 12-15 mins back into the zone of my dash location. They should pay me for that drive as well. Really dashed for 5 hours made $40 in a busy area. But the orders pay me $3 a piece. Garbage. Gas is $4 and some change a gallon. FIX THIS DOOR DASH and tipping people say they’ll tip cash but then don’t. The hour is nice per dash but then that’s only $12/hr in a busy area

  • Completely Unusable After Latest Updates

    For about a month now, the latest DoorDash app updates have been working terribly on the newest versions of iOS. Absolute disaster. The app frequently crashes and suddenly disappears from the screen. On top of that, if I minimize the app while using another navigation app while driving, DoorDash stops receiving orders, goes into pause mode, and shuts itself down. This happens multiple times a day. The app is completely unusable. It seems like the developers are in no rush to fix these critical issues, so I’m forced to stop using an app that simply doesn’t work.

    This app lies. It lies about the distance. It lies about the pay. It cheats you every chance it gets. Takes away deliveries you’ve made so you get kicked off platinum status. The only customer service is in another country and they barely if at all speak English.

  • Maps out of date

    Many roads and locations are not updated to being added or removed. My street has been a dead end for 20 years now, cut off at the railroad tracks, but Dasher app still sends me and other drivers down this road to cut through. Google maps updated in 2010 and Apple Maps updated in 2014. Dasher needs to catch up.

    I deliver often, and I’m forced to take orders I make kittle to no money on to keep my acceptance rate up? This is a terrible system! I shouldn’t be forced to take 3 dollar orders to drive 8 miles just to stay above a certain acceptance rate!

  • Scammed/Hacked

    Very little support at this point and unable to log back into account. Was good until it wasn’t. I was scammed and as of the next day I can no longer even get a human on the phone. I have heard very little from DoorDash and it seems like I am being blamed even though the scammer was able to cancel the order I was on and change my password to my DoorDash account. They also deactivated my account so I cannot even log back in.

    I have had multiple issues with completing the deliveries and had to delete the app and redownload.
