    Some customers are rude, make us wait long periods of time to communicate while shopping for them, and even make us wait long periods of time for trying to deliver their items. We should be allowed to rate them!

    Soy nivel platino tengo una semana haciendo todos los servicios sin cancelar ni uno y sigo en el mismo nivel de aceptación . Y tengo mi aplicación prendida y supuestamente estoy en una zona de alta demanda pero mi aplicación no me suena . Ya muchos dicen que esta aplicación no es lo mismo de antes Uber está mucho mejor y con pagos y garantiza más beneficios hasta hoy trabajo esta aplicación

    Updated the app it logged me out. Try to log back in and now it wants me to sign up as a new Dasher, even though I already have a Dasher account.

    The only thing that I have to complain about is now I cannot go dashing because the app is requiring a update version and my phone no longer will update. I can’t afford a new phone! This is absolutely ridiculous! Otherwise, I love it. Maybe the developers can reach out to me and help me get a version that will work.

    Title says it itself. Tonight I ordered 28 dollars worth of stuff. Dash doesn’t tell me how or why they now want 38 dollars (before tip) 0 explanation I guess it works, but it’s going to cost you about 50% more I just rather go get the stuff. But I have a flat tire and the tire shop is closed until 6am -_-

    What’s going on with app timing in the LA area the last 2 months? The app absolutely doesn’t consider traffic conditions. It says you need to deliver an order in 20 min, but all navigation apps say 40 min due to traffic. Please fix it.

  • Red card insufficient funds not my fault

    Last week I had three occurrences of my red card being declined due to insufficient funds. Each time I contacted support and they added money so I could complete my dash. Then I get an email from DoorDash labeled shop and delivery red card. Apparently DoorDash had a problem with me Contacting them to fix the problem with the red card due to insufficient funds. The email was asking me to retake the course because I had called three times with a problem with the red card. So I called support today and talked to them asking them why I would have to retake a course on something that had absolutely nothing to do with me. Why was there a problem with me contacting support three times about a red card that had insufficient funds. The support person seemed a little confused and kept trying to instruct me on my red card needing to be replaced and it took a few times to get them to understand, that everything turned out OK with the delivery, it was the fact that I had to contact support to finish a shop and delivery because there was not enough money in the customers account to pay for it with the red card. There is absolutely no way any Dasher has any responsibility with this. We do not fund the account for a customer, then use the red card to pay for it. Please someone help me understand why I have to retake a course involving a red card and insufficient funds when I have absolutely nothing to do with funding that.

    I keep getting back to back orders that are half an hour away for less than $10 but if I decline them, it affects my rating and I get even worse orders. This app is a joke you might as well just Instacart or Uber eats. What a joke.

    Door Dash is the least paying delivery job I’ve come across. They hardly pay you. At the end of your shift your earning are going to go into your gas tank. Some times a situation might arise where the order gets canceled and they won’t even reimburse you gas for going there. There’s no extra pay for waiting. they give you incentives to dash a lot and you’ll earn better orders but that never happens. DoorDash is a joke!!!!!!! I would recommend doing any delivery service before doing Door Dash! Their background check has taken over a month to complete. Incredibly frustrating!
