  • No allow list

This is worthless! There is no allow list so you are constantly having to disable the app to allow using video apps. This is a garbage app.
  • The most versatile and reliable VPN

I have used a number of VPNs, and Mozilla VPN ties with only one other VPN for reliability and dependability, but it is superior for me because it works with more different operating systems. Other VPNs have consistently proven to be unreliable in that they would stop functioning without ever providing any hint of their failure. Mozilla VPN has NEVER failed me.
  • Amazing Software

This software product is incredible. The user interface is simple and no fluff. The functionality is exactly what I need. The only thing I would suggest to make this application even better, is to provide a guide as to how Mozilla’s VPN stands out among its competitors!
  • Multi-day outages

VPN stops working for days at a time without being fixed. I haven’t been able to use the VPN for the last 2-3 days because turning it on currently blocks ALL internet traffic. Rebooted, reinstalled, checked for updates, logged out/in, nothing fixes it.

Mozilla contracts out vpn services. And One of its vpn severs in America routed the traffic to China. (Mozilla has no china vpn servers) . I discovered the Mozilla vpn server was actually a China owned server in America. Only reason i found out is because I knew Yahoo ended business in China. And while using American vpn locations I got a yahoo error message page that said I can no longer access yahoo and that yahoo was no longer in China. But I was using a u.s to u.s connection. Upon investigation, I learned exactly where the China Mozilla server was in America and I learned that China still had a cute China name for it ( in Chinese) . All because it didn't have the right settings. It routed my traffic through China . And if Mozilla replies that all of the traffic is encrypted then why is Microsoft discontinuing support for older computers (without the NSA cpu instructions) . Some experts say the encryption is broken Edit : the screenshot was sent to the NSA.
  • Ripoff does not work with iOS, should not be in App Store

Save your money, does not work at all. Apple needs to reimburse and remove from store!
  • Better VPNs out there

Issues connecting, takes a lot longer than other VPNs. If you want to just switch your location for shows or movies this is the VPN for you. If you want to encrypt your data, try other ones, as there’s only a handful of USA servers which I believe is the cause for the long connection times Overall, not really worth the 9.99/mo they charge.
  • Useless on IOS.

Will not connect. A waste of time and money.
  • App Icon Color

On my phone home screen I organize apps by color. This new icon color is not only gross on its own, but unlike any color in existence so I can’t group it with any other app and have to delete it. IOS offers an API to devs to have variable icons for their apps. Please offer an option to change the color away from this horrible pale shade of nothingness.
  • Needs more territories and Apple TV app

Please add more locations and Apple TV support now that Apple is allowing it. Otherwise, does the job but I feel more content and possible outcomes with the two features I mentioned above.
