Description

The HotPaw Chromatic Watch Tuner uses the microphone on your Apple Watch to accurately measure musical pitch. Tune your musical instrument without your iPhone nearby. The Watch Tuner display include a +-Cents tuning offset indication for tuning accuracy, a frequency readout , as well as a metering dot. The metering dot moves to the center and turns green when an audio pitch is detected to be in tune. Before first using the Watch app, please launch the iOS app and grant Permission to use Microphone when prompted. You can also grant Microphone Permission in your iPhone's Settings, under Privacy. For tuning your musical instrument with just your iPhone, please look in the iOS App Store for the HotPaw Guitar and Chromatic Strobe tuners.

Edit: App installs on phone and seems to work but doesn’t show up as available for the watch. I had to reboot the phone and then the app automatically synced to the watch. There’s no how-to. First attempts at tuning - it’s pretty accurate compared to pitch lab. For an upright bass it’s not great with the E string. Will try it on a few more instruments.
