    We are missing critical messages and reservations from our guests and having to check the app frequently because we cannot trust that we will be notified of new messages or bookings. It’s been like this for months now and no end in sight.

    Booking will not hear you out. They will listen to guests false statements and ignore you. Costumer service is slow as can be, they will send you to the next person until you get tired of them. The app doesn’t put the reservations correctly sometimes on the calendar and you have to log in on extranet to check on the questions that future guests may ask. Worst app and costumer service I have experienced as owner

    Unfortunately, Pulse is a very limited app and some basic functions are better done on the Extranet website. The button options which are displayed on every reservation is cut off by the screen, which makes it hard to tap. Sending a message to the support is incredibly difficult since you can’t see the entire text as the text form doesn’t expand. The customer service doesn’t respond to inquiries as fast as seen in other OTAs. Although not related to this app, the Extranet website constantly requires the admins to log into their account multiple times during the day - it seems like they have a serious issue with how their system handles cookies as we are constantly logged out by them.

    You can’t pay them because their account info is not good so is so hard to pay. And after that. They charge you more and more fees. There is no a single number to call and solve And now they send me a “avoids legal actions”

  • Calendar mismatch days and dates for 2025

    Not user friendly and now I noticed the calendar for 2025 does not correspond with days and dates, e.g. 1 April 2025 shows as Thursday instead of Tuesday and yes, it’s 2025! I deleted the app and uploaded again, happy that it worked but after 2nd use, same problem.
