    Installed this owned game and tried to unlock. After confirming prior purchase and agreeing to install again for free, install completes and a message appears, Purchase Failed. Support nonexistent on BF or Apple. I own a dead game.

    I loved the game, story, and characters….BUT some of it was very confusing and I found myself using the hint button often even on easy mode. I would have liked a little more direction with the map and objectives needed. Also it needs to have a reset button for puzzles, so you are able to complete then with out skipping. Otherwise a very good game over all.

    This a good game but there are two problems that I want to point out. First, I always have to “repurchase “ the game every time I want to replay it. Second, besides having to “purchase” every time, I have to reload the game because I don’t always have the bonus game which I enjoy a lot. Please fix these issues because it’s highly annoying. Thank you

    This game is for people who want to breeze through and not have brain teasers to the point of insanity... very relaxing and yet rewarding. I play these interactive games all the time and this is one I will play again...

    I love this kind of game - fun story and cute/ugly characters. Good HOP scenes, and some imaginative games. Great art and nice sound effects. The extra game play was really excellent. Hope there are more in this series.

    I purchased this game when it first came out.....the collectors edition. Now when I try to open it , it says no purchase for this account. I’m locked out and can’t contact them. Don’t waste your money like I did. Should be ashamed For ripping people off, Big Fish!!!
