  • Good plot, iffy controls

    Th biggest problem I have with this game is how hard it is to touch some items to get them. Most are ok but there have been several where it took tens of taps to get them. I tried exiting the area and the game itself.

    It is not at all sensitive to touching some items. I’ve had this problem with a few elephant games. This one got totally stuck and in spite of 100s of taps I could not retrieve the item. I had to delete and reload this game. Only time will tell if it happens again. I’m tired of paying $7 for games I cannot complete and if doesn’t solve the problem I won’t buy any more from elephant

  • Working fine till Chapter 5

    Touch area for items have been a little off target the whole game. When you know this just touch a little of center of target. This worked until Chapter 5, in the Archway when trying to retrieve the Eagle. I can see it after completing task to make it visible but can not get it. No matter what i tried doesn't work. The hint button just circles it so no other action is needed to retrieve other than touch. Touching on Eagle Brings up the statement how run down the place was. Please help, cant advance in game.

    Finally another great game! Crisp and clear HOS, great storyline and lots of fun puzzles. Keep those Elephant games coming! I love the clarity of the story and always seem to adore Elephant Games.

  • Close to deleting this game

    This is a fantastic game with a good storyline and Elf is adorable. I play on my iPad. Unfortunately, there are MAJOR glitches. There are many things within the game that you’re supposed to pick up but can’t. Sometimes, you can finally finally pick it up if you sit there and click on it continuously for 5-10 minutes (NOT an exaggeration on the time)! Needless to say, it’s not so much fun anymore. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it a number of times with no luck. I’ve brought this up to BFG before but apparently, they haven’t done anything to fix it yet. Who do I talk to about this?

    This is a good game. It is not way too easy, but not so difficult that I totally lose interest. The reason for not giving it high ratings are the glitches. It needs some work. It frequently freezes to the point I have to reboot to get it going again. Right now, I am on the bonus chapter and it is completely frozen. I have rebooted several times without success.

    Game was fun until I couldn’t pick up objects. Now I’m stuck on second to the last chapter because I can’t grab the eagle near the gates. Have tried multiple times but it won’t work. This is an older game that in forums have described the same problem 4 years ago. Bummer

    I’m at the arch scene and need to touch the helmet to get something. It’s were you first see the dog but you need to touch the helmet on the statute. My iPad version is not opening the statue helmet. What can I do.
