    I have been playing for years and I cannot believe how you managed to destroy this great game. You claim that you have millions of members yet at any given time there are less than 1000 players online playing poker. I wonder how many of those are robots. Is this new strategy of yours paying dividends? Are you guys making a profit? I understand you needing to make money but by cheating players to the extent that that you do I don’t think you’re making much. You should have considered charging 1 euro/1 dollar to install this game and then you would’ve made millions because, according to you, you have millions of Customers. Instead, you chose to cheat players even more. Your cheating has become predictable to the point that we can pretty much tell which card is going to be dealt next. And of course, that next card is not going to benefit us, but Wii benefit your robots You had an incredible game and you have ran it to the ground. Whatever change of leadership brought this on, that person should be shown the door and someone with more business sense brought in. To those of you who are considering installing this game know that it is fun to play, but every single card that is dealt is controlled and/or manipulated by the developer. The only random thing about this game is how a live player plays their hand. You will be playing with mostly robots that are programmed to beat you time after time. Do like most of us do and do not spend any money on this game because once you do, they will siphon it off through their corrupt cheating ways. Oh, and that RNG certification that they keep referencing, notice that it is used for “shuffling” not for dealing. Right there it tells you the whole story.

    I’ve been playing since the beginning, have 7 billion chips, only pay in low stake games and have never bought a chip package. While I’m not thrilled about the changes made in the reward structure over the years, I remind myself this is a free game. It seems that the worse players are those who whine the loudest. To you I advise this: stop going all in on every hand and the strategy of bumping up to a higher stake game to make back losses almost never works. Oh, one more thing…if what I described is how you play, stay out of a real casino as we love to see you coming, will eat you alive and there are no free spins every couple of hours to help replenish your stack…

    Cutting the team points by more than 50% was a horrible way to treat loyal players! There was no warning you just took a huge chunk of our would be points away! Shameful the treatment of your lower level players! I have tried many times to play at higher chip levels but I just lose way more chips! I was playing at a level that the risk/reward is better in my favor! I never win big but I was enjoying small victories with some small rewards once a week! If this is not a huge mistake I, and many others will not be playing any more! It’s a very sad day when you blindside people like this!!!!!!!

    This game is only fun for the hat change feature and graphics. Other than that its loaded with feature games like all in or fold which is just a money grab for the app. Even when you win the app it sometimes doesn’t payout winnings.

    The treasure tiles jackpot is broken, I have purchased hundreds of dollars in chips in order to complete the treasure tiles images. I’ve completed it twice, at the end the jackpot opens but instead of being spinable like all the others in the game, in the treasure tiles jackpot all the potential jackpots are stacked on top of each other and you cannot scroll or tap to make it spin, it also makes all the other parts of the game unusable and so you have to quit the app and re-open it, and the n doing so, the jackpot just disappears and the money you spent for the opportunity is completely wasted. I have a screen recording of the second time this happened to me. I would like to resolve this issue as well as update my review to 5 stars…but this bug needs to be fixed and I would greatly appreciate having those two treasure tiles jackpot spins credited back to me so I can actually spin them.
