You can’t hardly progress in the game without paying. You can win tickets in the game, supposedly, but I never have and I play it quite a bit. If you just want to play a poker game it’s fine, doesn’t take up a lot of storage. Wish it wasn’t rigged though.

Fun game but the computer players get way too lucky way too often. Winning on the river or getting the ONLY POSSIBLE CARD that will beat you. This stuff happens regularly but never in your favor.
  • It’s a algorithmic ripoff

Kudos to the developers for making the app do exactly what they intended, unfortunately, the gig is up. I don’t purchase tickets and I don’t purchase chips. After you win a couple of tournaments, your luck goes bye bye. Nice job on the graphics, but your algorithms are a scam. I’m out.

Fun game if you approach it that way. Not real poker as it is obviously programmed to get your $$. Patience is key. Even then, you reach a point where you can’t really progress unless you pay. Or, spend lots,of time jumping through hoops. I mean, lots of time. More time than you have, which leads to paying. Because of the fun I’ve had I will pay a bit, after all it is a free app, designed to get your $$. Accept that, just don’t expect a real game experience.
  • Fun Gameplay - Bad System

The poker bots are actually pretty fun to play against compared to a lot of other offline poker bots from other apps I’ve tried. The option to skip straight to the next round after folding is great and the draws seem to be pretty fair. You technically don’t need to pay to play which is great for a gambling game. However, I think the chip system is pretty bad as the further you progress the more expensive entering into a round becomes. Since you can’t go back to earlier levels when passing certain checkpoints and the pretty low rewards of winning a round, it’s pretty easy to get practically soft-locked. It is technically possible to slowly make your way up to the amount required to start a new round by repeatedly collecting the minuscule daily rewards but I found it simpler to just start over. I found the most fun way to play was simply to not beat the first country and just replay the 2.5k round with 8 players since the reward is pretty good compared to other rounds (6k) and has a good amount of bots to play against. I’d probably rate this higher if you were able to go back and play earlier rounds after beating the country they’re in since that would make avoiding getting so low on chips that you pretty much can’t play for a few days much simpler. Also as I mentioned before, the rewards for beating a round (city) are pretty terrible with the amount of risk going into playing one. You don’t even get a decent chunk of the final pot (ex: 2.5k to enter with a final pot of 20k (2.5k times 8 players) but all you get for 1st place is 6k)

Maybe it’s not true, but eventually you’re playing against 24 npcs, and every round with 7 of them on table there is always one having a larger hand than you and plays yolo all ins. Blind also inflates extremely fast so you’re out with 3-4BB if not playing aggressive. Basically what it tells you is buy the freaking chip, but no thanks.

I have been playing this app for over a month now. Just to determine all the ways it is rigged against you. 1. App cards are 82% have high card dealt. 2. On the 18% that you have high card deal the app has a pair dealt. 65% of the time comparing both hands. 3. There will likely be a pair between dealt cards so you’re really only playing one card. 4. App will likely get a pair on the flop. 5. In matchup play, app will likely win first 4 hands. So it is best to fold unless you have an ace deal. 6. Save your money. 7. This is not a real game of hold’em.

This game needs its algorithm studied on how they got true poker so horrifically wrong. Flop a set of Aces? Sorry its no good, the bot that went all in with 2/7 off just got a full house on a hand they never should have been in. Flush and straight draws are useless because they never get there. But while you’re betting on pocket kings the bot with 3s just went runner, runner for quads for the 3rd time in a row. Trash
