    My only complaint is this app crashes frequently, often in the middle of placing an order. Very annoying. Apart from that it’s a clean, easy to use app.

    I almost never write reviews but this app is do bad it gives me second hand embarrassment. The order page doesn’t fully load ever and the app often freezes up and has to be force closed. Loading times are incredibly long.

    For such a big company, you’d think they’d leverage their resources efficiently to build an app not only for iPhones but also for iPads when the source codes aren’t probably that much further off from each other.

    1. The “in-store” pop-up from the app every time I drive by the Emeryville store on the freeway… is WAY too much / annoying etc. 2. The search functionality was maddening… finally had to Google “west elm pillow inserts” and click around to figure out apparently the word “decorative” was the key to finding what I needed.

    I’ve found the customer service people to be wonderful to work with. their white glove service is excellent, communication is great and the furniture is high quality!
