    Charging a processing fee is not right you are getting top dollar for you inventory of Merchandise but that is not cool!!!

    For such a high end store, registry and reward redemption purchases have been such a hassle. The website is difficult to navigate. Took me 3 calls and transferred to 2 different departments just to execute a a registry completion discount with a reward redemption. All the reps that I spoke with agreed that the website was not user-friendly and neither was the process. Crazy considering how much you’re paying for this stuff.

    PB app is easy and convenient! You can shop, checkout, check order status or old orders for ease of rebuying an item (such as dinner plates!). I even have the PBK app.

  • Registry Functionality

    Does not work for customizable items. Tried to add plain towels to registry and it only adds them to the cart.
