    App is slow to load new pages and products, crashes often. I wasn’t able to delete an item from the cart even after reloading the app. Hard to use. Had to stop shopping because it was too annoying to use.

    Love shopping at Pottery Barn. I went and saw the chandelier and rug in store before purchasing. Those items look better in person than online. The shipping & handling charges are ridiculously overpriced. Wish I could buy them from the store directly to save $500 in shipping!

    Anything I can think of or want from my home all I have to do is click on the Pottery Barn app and it’s there. I absolutely love their holiday decorations and their home decor. The prices are perfect and it makes my home classy, beautiful and organized.

    The products are typically well made, but the rewards are difficult to access and I have spent thousands and received minimal rewards even with the credit card. The website/rewards/cc not very user friendly. They also dont let you choose any kind of delivery window which is not something ive seen with other companies. The people who work there both online and in store are great, but the company customer service itself is terrible.
