    This ad is causing the game to freeze and ends up kicking you out of the game. So you end up being stuck and have to close out the game causing you to not receive rewards for watching ad. Please fix this

    I do love this game,however, recently I have lost the ability to send lives or gifts to my friends. I’ve tried everything that support has suggested. Nothing has worked. So that’s my frustration. Still love playing it but hate that I access my friends.

    This app encounters many problems. I am currently working on a level where I had to do five times because I would be one or two moves to finishing and when I want more moves, their “movie is unavailable to play at this time. Try again later”. Causing you to play that level again.

    I started playing this game over 10 years ago. It was attached to my Facebook and I had several friends that I exchanged gifts or lives. My Facebook was hacked and I was never able to get it back. I thought I had someone from big fish helping me be able to get all my gummy drop progress restored, but I ended up having to start over. At this point in time, I don’t even play the game at all. It’s much more difficult. There are so many changes that have been made. For a while, I participated in all the surveys hoping that someone was really listening. Now there’s so many different extra subgames, including private island that I’ve never quite understood. Instead of 10, 30, and, 60 coins now you only win 10, 20, and 30 coins on the main game. It’s not even anything like the game I loved in the beginning. I go back and look sometimes to see if things are any better but usually everything has changed for the worse. Why do game creators take a great game and ruin it?

    When are you planning to fix the missing Travel Key lives and Green Gems earned? I never receive them and continuously have to email or message you about the missing ones I’ve earned. Sometimes I get them via message and sometimes I don’t. Why have the feature if it doesn’t work? I was told months ago this was being fixed but no change.

    This last update did something that makes it so that the game freezes when I try to make in game purchases. It’s wasting my lives and making me start levels all over again when I could’ve won with one shovel. Totally infuriating, lol.

    This game used to be one of my favorite games and now I don’t even wanna open it anymore. I’ve been waiting for my next city to open up for about two weeks now so you play those other games and you finish them so there’s nothing left to do I know so many people that are deleting this game and not playing anymore

  • Halloween Game Disappeared

    I never do the event cities but decided to do the Halloween one with 20 levels. As of yesterday, I had 4 days to finish. Today, I complete level 19,get a notice I had to update the game and the event disappeared, with one level to go. Really? And don’t get me started on the one minute long ads that you watch and then they give you one extra move. I have been playing this game since the beginning, I really need to move on.
