    Why does it take until the onset of the next ice age for this game to download? I’ve been waiting and it’s still saying, “Download in progress.” It’s been almost an hour.

    Where are the holidays been playing for five years and all of a sudden no special bonus screens. Why can’t I get this game to load all of sudden.,! Very disappointed been playing for several years love the game but all of a sudden it won’t load why why why?once again been playing close to 5 years what has happened to Easter or spring ????

    My gosh can’t even play the game. It’s like a 95 mb game but requires to to download an additional 150 mb then additional 350 mb so far but the actual downloads take freaking long. I have high speeds and all other games load normally. Not this one. Prepare to lose an hour waiting before you play. They even joke about castles taking centuries to build so surely you can wait a few more moments? NO. I can’t. It’s a game, not a castle. WASTE

  • Where are the brown tickets?!?!?

    I have played for hours and explored way over 100 hidden objects puzzles and not one brown ticket. This is definitely not a fun game anymore. What’s the point if you can’t advance? Thinking of giving up. I’ve played this game for several years but never been this frustrated with it. Fix it developers.

    Can’t even download this game. Spent an hour downloading additional resources before I had enough and just deleted entirely. Using Wi-Fi, data, one at a time, both at the same time, and still did not work.

    As of the last update I am unable to download. I have contacted their help line and taken my iPad to a tech to no avail. My game is gone and I am very disappointed as I’ve been playing almost daily for years.

    I enjoy this game but I cannot do the Castle Challenge because the items that should go across the game screen never appear. I even tried reloading the game. Nothing seems to work. Any one have a suggestion? Mytrain15
