GFam+

All this app does is let you watch their channel live. There’s no searching, no DVR, no on demand viewing. The viewing times are wonky. When you learn this is a poor app there’s a NO refund policy. I was duped into a year because of the best pricing. I won’t use this. It was a waste of money

If I could give less than one star I would. I joined because there was one new movies I wanted to see. I found out that much to my surprise this app is live viewing only and immediately cancelled. I just wasted a one month subscription fee unless I want to build my life around what time the movie I want to see is scheduled, which is definitely not the case. I’m sure that’s why a free trial isn’t offered. Once they figure out how to add on demand I might try it again, although this was such a negative experience I doubt it. There are too many other options that don’t have this issue. My advice is don’t waste your money like I did.

Purchased the membership by mistake, but they have a no refund policy. Garbage service anyway, it’s not even worth watching. You can watch the channel for free on other apps

I absolutely love Great American Family movies and what they stand for… BUT sadly I’ve not have had a positive experience with the new app GFam+! When I signed up for the annual subscription I read that you can cancel at anytime however what I didn’t know is that when you cancel - it doesn’t take effect until the next following year! I do not like the app at all!! I’d rather stick to watching it on PureFlix. So now that I’m stuck with it everything got worse! I can’t cast it to the tv.! But I can cast all my other apps just fine. GFam says it can be cast but I cannot get it to work. It’s just NOT on their app - the icon casting symbol is no where to be found!! I contacted support many times now. And it’s always the same thing! They send me the same darn link to read to trouble shoot! Which never ever worked! And then they close their emails or chat session by saying “have a blessed day” Really?! It’s almost like they’re being sarcastic! Passive aggressive! I don’t think the people handling these complaints are GFam it’s gotta be an outside source!! Thanks for nothing!

It was misleading, I purchased the yearly subscription to find out I can only watch what they are currently streaming on tv. I already have tv subscription so this was waste of money. I’m disappointed that it wasn’t clearly stated what wasn’t included in the app.

This a misleading app It is only streaming live You can’t watch the movies on demand don’t fall for the scam. I paid for a year to get it for $2.50 a month so I feel duped you can only watch what they are broadcasting live. Therefore they are getting no stars. I want a refund!!!

How is this a streaming app? I can only watch 1 thing…whatever gfam has decided. I can’t even rewind or pause. There’s a name for this…broadcast tv. No thanks! Not worth the $5.
