I’m watching a movie on pureflix God‘s country song and the movie is buffering and it sometimes freezes It didn’t do that before it just barely started

Doesn’t work with VPN - HUGE no for me. No closed captioning. No history. No way to easily resume watching unless you remember name of movie. No 10 or 15 second replay or skip ahead. One of the poorest apps but thankfully in browser works much better for user experience.

Edit: I have tried several times to cancel over the past year! It will not let me edit payment or cancel. When I even go to sign in the app or online it says I need to renew my account. But I am still being billed! Please stop! I have disputed this several times!!!!! I do like this app. Lots of great movies. But if you want to cancel. It’s almost impossible. No way to cancel on the app. It makes you go to a website then when I have tried to cancel it literally does not let you. So 2 stars for me.

I received No email prior to the money being removed from my account. All other companies will send an email regarding the upcoming payment withdrawal and you can cancel. Customer service is horrible you are sent vague emails replies and only after several emails will you receive an exact date on the expiration date, which will be the Following year. I have not used their service because resetting the password never worked so I have wasted $200.00 in 2 years for zero service. Laws need to be changed to stop companies from automatically renewing services without notifying you in writing in an email. Rethink when a company is using scripture on all their emails.

I’d give it zero stars if i could. I was excited to find a christian streaming service but as soon as i made my account and entered my payment method. The site no longer pulls up or loads, I downloaded the app to try and cancel the service but I have to cancel on the website which I can’t access. I’d find another streaming option if I were you.

I can’t watch County Rescue, every time I click a episode, actually all of them, and they won’t stream, they give me that message, (Cannot Play Stream) PLEASE MAKE IT WATCHABLE AGAIN!!! and if you want know more, the bug started two days ago, PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE FIX ITT, please responddd thanks. On Facebook it was advertised that the passion of the Christ was on this app so of course I got the app. Obviously I was lured in by false advertisement 🙁

Slow, buggy, kids section doesn’t work on any firestick. Great existing content but new content takes fooorever…..

If I don’t open the app for a week or more it doesn’t save my email or password. I have to look it up. Frustrating. So many other apps will save it and or offer facial recognition. Let’s fix this!!!

Looks to have some decent shows and movies. One thing that does get annoying is when you click on a show or movie to see more details and then you back out, you lose your place in the queue and have start back at the top of the screen. Please fix this bug.
