I have utilized this store for 10 years. I live in California and find that there’s a huge difference in price. The problem now is the products I rely upon are NEVER in stock! I use Pravana Vivid hair color and only certain products work to keep my skin from turning into a Smurf and having the color bleed into bedding. Then comes the shampoo and conditioner which locks in the color. EVERY PRODUCT HAS BEEN OUT F STOCK FOR OVER 6 MONTHS! I’m trying the new Pravana shampoo and assorted items from Image. I was able to purchase the new permanent Pravana Vivid hair dye in blue and purple via a Walmart distributor of all places. I wish it all came from the site I trust. My out of stock Matrix shampoo makes me worry about the outcome of this color. Time will tell!
