Can’t sign in

I signed up on their website a while back using my email which they connected to my Shop account and that’s how I’ve been signing in and placing order through the website. However, when I tried signing in using this email in this app, it keeps taking me through a loop, so I’m stuck in this endless cycle of having to sign up with this email, it sending me an activation link, and then automatically signing me in via Shop, which the app doesn’t recognize apparently because it automatically takes me to the orders page via in an in-app browser so when I try to back out of it, I’m back in the actual app completely signed out again. I’m not sure how to go around this other than creating a whole new account using my other email but all my points are on this email. So frustrating. I wish there’s a way to sign in via Shop in the app itself.
