    优化一坨,卡得要死,点什么界面都卡半天,血压都上来了,制作影片界面也是非常卡手,经常误触,乱七八糟的,每日领取金币的界面有时候都加载不出来,绝对不是我网络的问题,太差劲了上线前制作组自己有玩过吗,回家吧孩子回家吧

    I expected better optimization from Cocone. The clothing options you have are quite limited (or maybe just not my style), and cost in game currency that feels like a chore to get because of how slow the app is. On top of that, when you try making a video/clip, the editor will begin to bug out to the point it won’t function. The actual video itself will glitch, and the animations dont save the parameters of your character

    I got the app and started making my avatar. I finished making it and naming it, and when i clicked complete, the screen turned blue with a pop up saying there was an error. I clicked ok, and then the pop up went away but the screen stayed a plain blue screen.
  • TOS is invasive & in-app currency has a time limit

    I rarely read through an app’s TOS, but I decided to give this one a go since it’s new. I’d advise using with caution from what I found. They have self admitted to collecting all the information on you, including your name, physical address, date of birth, phone number, IP, and gender. This is listed for the purpose of “surveying and collecting statistics,” but I’m wary since they also very clearly intent to monetize this app with advertisers in the TOS as well. Likewise, in this TOS they say that you can be liable for ANY damages the company has deemed you have caused by using the app, by “not using the app as intended” .. very ambiguous. Furthermore, a clause I have copy and pasted from their TOS: “If more than a year has passed since a customer’s last login, Cocone Group reserves the right to invalidate any remaining in-app currency without the consent of the customer.“ So let’s just say this. If you buy currency in this app and have an uncontrollable medical issue that prevents you from logging on (example: falling into a coma) you can lose ALL of your credits in the app if you don’t use it within that year. This is daylight robbery. Don’t spend your money and be cautious when agreeing to things. You don’t know what this company deems as damages and their jurisdiction in the TOS lists all court orders to be referred to Japan’s government. That will be one EXPENSIVE legal battle for you if you’re a foreigner. If you check their prohibition section in the TOS, there’s a lot that you can’t do creatively with this app. You can’t use it to make original characters (OCs) and you can’t VTube with it. You’re not even allowed to use it “in any manner that is not expressly approved of by Cocone Group.“ So TikTok videos or YouTube videos can land you in some HOT water if they don’t like what you’re doing.

    I keep getting random errors throughout the gameplay. I get an error message that won’t let me post. I try to get to an FAQ but it isn’t in English. I try restarting the app and I just continue to get error messages that practically freeze the app.
