    Ok so once I was playing and then a girl posted on my board (know as you messages) and she was saying bad words being mean saying I was mean to her friend named Fop and I’m like WHAT cuz I wasn’t at all and then my friends helped defend me and my sis uff stuff like that can happen so if you wanna risk it then ok….

    I really enjoy this game but recently it’s been completely freezing up every time I use it, sometimes after only 5 minutes of playing. And I’ve tried everything: playing it with WiFi, playing without WiFi, clearing the cache, shutting down my phone, keeping the app updated etc. I just updated this app last night and it’s still freezing up on me. And it’s sometimes hard to get out of the app when it does this. Sometimes I can’t even lock my screen for a minute. Please fix this, it’s a big problem. It’s almost unplayable with how much it freezes up. This just started happening a few weeks ago, but if this keeps happening I might just delete this app even though it’s my favorite game. I tried emailing support, but they just told me to do what I’ve already done/ have been doing.

    I would give five stars because the game is so cute and kind friends but it messes up real bad constantly. I have cleared cache and re download assets many times with still terrible problems.

  • No login recovery mechanism

    I loved the game but had to delete it due to phone issues at one point. When I tried to get back in, you need your ID number, not your username. There’s no recovery mechanism, no “forgot my login” option. The thought of having to restart from nothing when I’d spent so much time and energy and had collected so many pretty things is so disheartening that I haven’t been able to set up a new one yet. I don’t know if I will.

    I rarely play dress up games nor do I pay for monthly subscriptions, but this is the only game I’m willing to give my money too. The designs are so beautiful/adorable and the pricing is fair in this game. Even without paying, I found it really easy to save enough on free to play model due to how generous they are with gifts/monthly quests. I have decided that after a month of pure enjoyment that I wanted to support this game financial with the cheap monthly subscription. I can’t recommend this game enough!

    i really enjoy this game and i’m happy to pay real money to support it. the artwork is really cool and there are some great features about the game. the only thing that feels scammy is that during this event called “my shop” the app takes a “commission” for you selling the items for no apparent reason. this forces players to jack up their prices to ones that are unreasonable. i want to petition the developers to stop taking a percent of every transaction and to put a limit on what people can sell their items for. every other part of the game and the involvement feels fair and like business. this part just feels like a big scam, greedy, and unfair. otherwise, ive been a happy player for a year.
