    When the app works its gears but it lags, freezes, and doesn’t allow you to hear the character so you don’t actually hear the correct pronunciation. Would be worth the money though if it worked

    trying to get in is impossible!! as a person eager to learn a different language I can’t!?? bcz it forces me to use subscriptions even though I don’t want to which is bogus so please get rid of that goodbye!!

    Great app for translation but the paywall is egregious in price. Also I did the free trial and when I checked my Apple subscriptions, there was no subscription since they never even asked for an email in the sign up section. All they asked for was the card on file to be charged. If I get charged, I’m gonna dispute with the bank and say I deleted the app because I have. Opened up a ticket on the discord support page but no help there.

    This app doesn’t challenge the user at all basically making u start at 0.. it often counts what ur saying as wrong even if u say it right.. ai quality is poor.. just DONT GET IT. I WANT A REFUND IT SUCKS

  • Can’t update learning settings

    I initially wanted to learn for 5 minutes a day, but want to expand and there’s no setting to do so. After my lesson is up, Alex doesn’t continue and the audio cuts out. Also the transcript sometimes writes in other languages than the one selected. Great app, but bugs need work.

    I tried to use this app and it made me pay a free trial to use it and there was no other way to use it so I had to use it and had to pay 20$ for the monthly but it said I can cancel whenever and would notify me before my trial ends. I tried canceling before hand because I just find the app fit for me but there was no option to cancel and it didn't show in my settings or anything. I deleted the app and it's still making payments to my card and I still have no way of canceling!!

    They take your card info for a “3 day free trial” claim that they’ll let you know when it’s over but they don’t and then charge you 50 dollars. And then make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription! Total jerks

    I was saying the phrases correctly, but immediately as I said them the words typed up were German? And I got them “wrong” because of it. Edit: I tried reloading the app, ie closing it from the background. The conversation started with no sound from the AI making it impossible to know how the word is meant to be pronounced. I didn’t have an option for the “free trial” so I’ve paid 50$ for an app that works when it wants to.
