    The app lets you take a picture of your dish and AI analyzes it for you, giving the results in calories, proteins, calcium, etc., showing a graphic of your calories daily. You can also describe your food and even correct the amounts if they are not precise, so you know your limits well. If you are like me, who has kind of the same breakfast daily, and similar foods for lunch during the week, you get an idea of what needs improvement in your eating habits. One SUGGESTION: in the evening, it could, tell me how much fat/protein/etc I still need. In 2008, I did my first diet (after my thyroidectomy) and the doctor told me to log my food on a website called sparkpeople.org. That website did not have AI but it would give me a report about my daily protein, calcium, iron, etc intake. Very useful!

    Um awful. Sorry. Gets ALL of the macros incorrect when you use the AI food scanner. I tried both the picture and the barcode scanner. I had to edit every single macronutrient. Also, I put the year I was born and it gave me the wrong age🤔 um what? I knew then that it wasn’t going to be a reliable app but I gave it a little more time just in case. But nope, not worth it.

    I like it a lot and it has helped me a lot but recommendation I don’t like the new update too much because it doesn’t count the actual calories burned it goes by a lot even in the steps and usually confuses me because it lets me consume more than I should and it wouldn’t work for me I preferred how it was before
