I watch the best ones yet the only I don’t like is that it is 49 coins per skit but otherwise I love it

Love the selection of dramas

I’m only not getting subscription because there’s no picture to picture feature so i can watch and do things

So I love it but when it gets good you have to pay for the rest.

This app started out great and then everything failed because of the lack of support. There are other apps just like this that are just as good and more cost effective. Save yourself time and more and pass on this one. This is why I do not recommend using this app. I started watching the dramas on this app and really liked them. However, one day I tried to log in to watch a show or 2 and it didn’t recognize I had a VIP membership. I send message to support and received no response. After a few more days I send another message and received an email response advising to restore in the app and to reply to email if I had any trouble. I replied I had tried to restore many, many times and still didn’t work. I also sent proof of purchase. Please not I did NOT receive a response to the email. When I response was received I sent another message to support through the app including screen shots showing proof of purchase and I was still having trouble viewing content. Again, I was given instructions on how to restore and to provide proof of purchase, and to reply to the email if restore didn’t help. I replied to this email, again stating I had tried to restore, and that I had provided proof of purchase twice and was including it again. Waited another day and no response. Sent another message to support through the app reiterating everything and that I am not receiving any responses except to provide inform I had multiple times. I also requested credit for time I had not been able to use because of the problems. I received a response immediately stating again to restore, provide proof of purchase and that they were unable to provide credit but I could dispute through Apple to get a refund. Oh, and I was advised to not submit any further messages through the app because I had already reported the issue. I did reply and still haven’t received a response. This was 3 days ago. As for a refund through Apple, that is a big fat no. Totally disappointed in the support for this app and do not recommend using because of this.

The screen keeps going black. I’ve restarted my phone and restored the app with no change.

The app is very annoying as it plays two episodes at once. Have to go back out and back in every episode is not worth it.

I did not get to watch any movies after I paid 1999. I emailed drama pop. I emailed Apple. Nobody wanted to give me back my 1999 I paid it was it was to be renewed December 22. Apple refused to pay me saying that I didn't deserve a refund. I paid the 1995 to watch a Christmas movie. You got halfway through it cut off and start asking me to pay again. This is no way to run a business. I emailed three times they replied to me twice the third time they ignored me so anybody out there doing drama pop I wouldn't do it if you expect to pay your money and if you can't watch, would you pay for you should be able to get refund
