Try to order for pickup, but when selecting a cookie and clicking “save,” for a mix-and-match case, it doesn’t save your selection. Seems to defeat the whole purpose.

Wanted to send a 4 pack to multiple locations but that’s not possible. Must place 4 separate orders. Can’t put other names on those orders and can’t even add a gift message to go with these orders.
For a company that claims they are the best in cookie delivery, they sure are missing A LOT of basics.
