I love the dragon breeze and mango popping boba and the matcha and all the boba! I love everything about the t and I love how you can have points and coupons and dealsss! It’s amazing! If ya wanna cancel your order then dont. Because if ya ordered at the wrong place it’s not anyone’s fault honestly u just gotta focus! I order in person so this makes things much better! And I believe orders can’t be canceled because well, boba is expensive and they immediately start to make it so u can’t cancel! Overall I love it and it’s better than song tea and poke

I ordered on a Tuesday and didnt receive my double boba points, that i was supposed to get. I contacted customer support on instagram and through email, and they added the incorrect amount of points…
on the app it says you receive 2 bobas/points per $1 spent. on Tuesday its double points which would be 4 bobas/points per $1 spent. I tried explaining this to customer support and they never got back to me. very disappointed they dont know how their own rewards system works.
the customer service at the physical locations are often disappointing too.
Need to add a cancel button.

Niko Niko please make a cancel button. I’ve ordered at the wrong place 2 times, both times I’ve tried to cancel the orders but I can’t because there is no way I can. I’ve tried calling and sending emails regarding the cancellations but no answer or fix. I just need you guys to make canceling a thing, I’ve had too many problems with ordering at the wrong place.
Mobile ordering only semi functional

Placed a mobile order hoping to avoid chaos at the store. Got multiple push notifications after each respective wait time had elapsed telling me the wait time had been extended 15-30 minutes. After an hour and a half of this, I waited and spoke with kind shop employees who helped to sort out the error that the app never notified me the drink had been made (at the original estimated time for pick up) and had just been sitting and waiting, meanwhile the app had continued to send notifications about delayed pick up time, implying the drink had not yet been made.
Update: cannot use coupons in mobile ordering. Not sure why they even have the promo code textbox when the coupons they email can’t be used.
