    It used to be THE BEST trading app on mobile: slick, comprehensive, and super user friendly. Now that they made a separate version for iPad it’s a total nightmare from login to accessing the account to the trading chart in which “book 1” takes 1/3 of your view and you can’t get rid of it. I HATE IT.
  • Add candlestick countdown for the iPad version!!!

    The mobile version has the candlestick countdown feature but the straight iPad version does not. It would be greatly appreciated if you can update this feature into the app. Thank You

    I use iPad Pro with keyboard. It will be great to have Hot Keys functionality in iPad like MacOS. If it’s already supported in MacOS and Windows desktop, it can be done in iPad. I use my iPad more like a mini laptop. It will be very great to have HotKeys functionality enabled and working in iPad.
  • Great, but missing key item

    Would give 5 stars but missing a few key features. No night market toggle in chart display; missing total cost of options prior to sell in pop up window; kinda buggy when selecting total number of options..( pop up window gets in the way. Have to close a reopen to get it to line up.) iPad Pro 5th Gen. otherwise top notch for what I do. 4.89 stars

    So far the iPad has useful, but suddenly today it just crashes on open. Greatly reduces the likeliness i will fund an account here. Still crashes on open, do you even watch your crash logs?

    I originally got this app in early 2020. It was the fourth investment app I used and it was great. Provided tons of information so that I could make informed decisions, customer service was quick and got things taken care of, it became my go to app. Now, it’s garbage and I will be transferring my account to another platform, probably Fidelity. I have DRIP turned on for my account. Recently I bought a position in O and another security. DRIP did not activate for O for some reason, but it did on the other security I bought the same day and another security I bought a week later. I contacted support to try to get it taken care of. The first time it took 72 hours for a person to respond when the bot couldn’t help, but they close out the ticket if you don’t respond in 24 hours. They gave me a generic response and said it wasn’t turned on and I had to do it. Sent me a couple inaccurate directions and closed the ticket. The problem is, I used to have the option to do that, but evidently during some update they removed that option from my menu and I could no longer do that. I contacted support again saying I could send screenshots showing my end. They initially requested the screenshots, but closed the ticket because it took me 25 hours to respond. The final straw was, I tried to transfer my positions in Robinhood to Webull, only to have it cancelled. I contacted Robinhood to ask why, and their customer service quickly responded with the transfer information and it said Webull denied it because I had “a credit violation “ which I have NEVER had. So after almost 6 years, I am going to transfer my stuff to someone that has an actual support staff instead of staff that doesn’t support me in any way.
