  • Millions of FAKE user bot accounts & ZERO customer support. Are these bots trading against you?

    UPDATE: now you can’t even block the bots. This app is garbage. Webull has an army of millions of bot farms to make it seem like anyone’s using their app. It’s ALL fake. Webull completely complicit with these click farm bots & says all accounts are real. How much are these bot farms making to spam every ticker on its app 24/7? Please add a report bot button, cause reporting them does nothing. There is NO customer support- ZERO. NONE. You get shuffled around via different automated “customer assistants” who don’t answer ANY questions & they are never the same “person” & they can’t even thread emails or messages & then they close the thread with no resolution. When you call you get put on a waiting list & when they finally call back they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about & say there’s nothing they can or will do. The app is infested with MILLIONS of bot accounts (not an exaggeration)that are left up to the user to report (absurd that they can’t monitor their own users). These bots spam promo post constantly & post fake gains. It’s so blatantly obvious that they are fake. These bots harass you, cuss you out & tell you to perform sex acts on them & even promote suicide! They really expect you to report millions of fake accounts. And the best part is that after you report the fake accounts, nothing happens, they just carry on as if nothing happened. What is the point of reporting? What sorta broken system is this? Now, imagine if these bots are trading against you!Webull should be glad you can’t upload pix in the reviews. The non existent CS “reps” tell you they refuse to communicate with you anymore & say that it’s a closed matter that will no longer be discussed or don’t reply at all. There’s also ads above your holdings. There’s tons wrong with this app, this is just a small snapshot. They banned & then locked me out of my account for no reason & with no notification whatsoever. Webull also becomes unusable & you get locked out of trades due to reliance on AWS failures. Will users be compensated, doubt it since you can’t contact or actually communicate with any real customer service reps. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    This is a nice app… but this one won’t sell for a profit but will sell right away for a loss. The latest updates are not agreeing with each other and doesn’t matter what WiFi pro internet I use this app is very slow… unless you sell for a loss… sell for a profit though… get out of here and wait…

    The charts and setup is good. It could be better but still good enough to use. Heres the issue, most day trades dont last very long so if it takes you 0.1sec to get in a trade (which is great) but then you cant put in a sell order thats when you have problems. Webull for some reason wont let you sell shares as fast as you can buy them. Ill give you an example pf what happened. I put a sell order and i dont remember the exact price but this is what happened, i put it in at like 6.40 the lowest on the ask side but higher than the bid. The price shoots up to 6.60-6.70 but my order is still showing open at 6.40 the price then drops to 6.30 but then goes back up to 6.50. It passed my sell order twice with no fill. Lost on the trade but this isnt the first time this happened. But it will definitely be the last because im pulling my account from them and going to a commission broker. Reply to comment: I already did and I got my answer. Thats why I dropped yall the very next day. Not going to get into all the details of what yalls response was but I know why yall charge no commissions and the way I trade I cant wait. Thats why Im using a commission broker now and my account is growing.

    I have 4 different accounts, Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab, and WeBull. WeBull is by far my favorite and the one i use daily. Its like a younger version of Robinhood but with better charts. Theyre constantly improving and at this point, you can buy stocks, own crypto, or gamble all with one account. The only thing theyre missing is a debit card, which im sure they will end up doing sooner or later.
