  • Annoying levels

    Once you get to the 300+ levels it’s impossible to pass each level without having to go back to past levels and play them all till you get 3 stars for each level. I’ve completed every level with 3 stars and yet I can’t beat the level I’m trying to move on to even though I beat every.. single… level and all of them already have 3 stars. Also it’s kinda annoying how hard it is to get money once you reach this stage so I’d say delete the game before it doesn’t allow you to move on.

    The game froze, and all my progress was lost. I have sent several messages through chat and emails but have not received any support from this game. I also tried disputing with Apple to no avail. I spent over $50 for nothing. The game went well before this happened, but since I cannot get a refund or progress back, engaging with this game is a waste of time. The game froze on October 21st, and as of November 13th, no progress has been made.

    I don’t like how you buy upgrades and the next spa doesn’t keep those upgrades. It like you waste the money you made.

    Great game! Awesome graphics! Relaxing music! Addicted for sure 🥰 The music must’ve been created by a producer or something, lol I personally love the relaxing music. Makes me wanna keep playing the game. A lot of games I turn the music off but not this one 🥰 the game itself gets progressively more difficult and I love that too 😍 the only con is the fact you can’t pay one time to remove ads permanently 🥹 it’s $7 a month for ad removal and I don’t know how to feel about that frfr. Developers 🗣️ This game should be available on pc like the Dash games😊 I’d happily pay 😁 lastly, when there’s an ad that has real music like your game, it’s turns the music completely off in serenity’s spa. The only way to turn it back on is to close the game.

    After finishing a level, screen is not reactive to touch. Only happens after a level on this app, without fail. Unable to open chest after retrieving 10/10 keys. Cannot proceed and advance to next levels. Issues like this really ruins game experience. Not worth investing in-game buys unless fixed.

    Absolutely love this game, but it’s been a long time since they’ve added new levels. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new game with tons of levels/rewards opportunity. Another issue though is though that they offer an “no ad” for 30 days, but you are still stuck watching so many ads to receive rewards. Not one ad that I’ve had to watch was surpassed when purchasing this offer. Support still hasn’t responded as to why this is. All in all though, this is a great game that I hope to continue playing in the future!

    I really like this game and have made purchases. Now I just feel like I am being forced to make them because it will not let me past a level. Even if you send all customers out the door happy. I have every single upgrade for that salon. I keep playing in hopes to get a new customer, but nope it’s been like 20 times on the same level with no luck. Kind of disappointing.
