    Sound machine stopped working and only works as a microphone for the background noise. It defeats the purpose of the purchase.

    Stay away from this if you want to travel. It’s impossible to login onto public hotel wifi. I don’t understand why this device needs to be connected to the cloud.

    I love that I can change the brightness and the sound from my phone to meet my child’s needs. The sound is so clear and so smooth. We love it!

    This functionality should have been built in to the regular Nanit app instead of being a separate app. I wouldn’t have bought the light and sound machine if I’d known that.

  • Technical glitches

    I want to love this, but I’ve been having technical issues after only having for a few months. Glitches do get in the way of a sleeping baby so it leaves me not using or not wanting to use. Customer service offered some steps to help…. And it did fix it for a week or so, but the machine is back to glitchy “skipping” sounds (like a scratched record), repetitively rebooting mid-use, or sound completely stopping on its own. I only use 2 of the sounds regularly and this seems to only be an issue with the shush sound (maybe bc I am using that for longer periods of time)

  • PLEASE FIX THE MONITOR FEATURE GLITCH

    There is some weird darth Vader sounding glitch when using the monitor feature that doesn’t let us sleep! There’s also a glitch when exiting the app or turning off the light where the sound completely stops for a millisecond. We’ve had these issue for a year and support still hasn’t released a hotfix. Will update to 5 once nanit finally listens to us!!

  • Loading time actually makes me livid

    This app is great but the amount of time it takes for the settings to load just for it to say “troubleshoot” EVERYTIME I go into the app is actually infuriating. Nothing worse than being in the dark with a screaming baby and waiting on this app to load just to turn the light on.
