  • Good, but lost function

    The app is great to make a donation, but it used to allow editing scheduled/recurring donations. A while back, that seems to have gone away. Now, when I attend a fundraiser and decide to increase my donations, I have to remember to log in at home from a computer to modify recurring donation amounts. I used to use the app to update the amount while at the events.

    Grants can be held up for months where they used to be processed in 7-10 BD’s. No communication and toll free line is an eternal hold cycle

    As expected with Fidelity, the user interface it top notch. I wish Fidelity Charitable would let me invest in FBTC, the Fidelity Bitcoin Trust.

    This app crashes everytine you try to set up a new grant. It’s kind of worthless for anything but viewing the account and existing grants.

  • Feedback screen hangs

    It shows “Loading…” forever. Last year it showed a blank screen. So, progress…? Apart from feedback not having worked for years, the app does what it’s supposed to; let’s you send donations.
