Description

CorrLinks is a way for family and friends to electronically communicate with their loved ones incarcerated in institutions. Established through a relationship between a corrections agency and ATG, this system allows family and friends to subscribe to CorrLinks services. Currently all Federal Bureau of Prisons, US Navy Brig (Charleston and Miramar), and Department of Corrections (DOC) for the States of Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Wisconsin institutions allow such communication. Note: To use this app, you must have a paid Premier Account subscription. The app has the following features: Stay in contact with your loved ones with real time alerts. Receive immediate push notifications to your device every time you receive a new message! Eliminates login on a mobile device! Messages downloaded significantly faster! Messages previously read are in your inbox and don’t need to be downloaded again! Retain messages on your device for 60 days – server still only keep 30 day. Attach up to 3 mobile devices to your account! Eliminates Captcha on the mobile app – making it much easier to interact.     I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Messages frequently never reach the inmate, and there’s no way to know which ones actually go through. The delays are ridiculous — hours or days for a message to maybe deliver is unacceptable. The premium feature is a total waste of money. You pay extra and still deal with the same failed deliveries and delays. If you’re going to charge people, the service should at least work. This system either needs a complete overhaul or new leadership, because the reliability is unacceptably bad for something that exists solely to communicate.

    The only problem I have with the app is when someone replies to my message I’m not sure what message they are replying to . It diss have the Re: with the subject there but if you are messaging back and forth on the same message then it gets confusing. Because they are not instant. It sometimes takes hours for the inmate to receive the message and vice versa. It has caused a lot of grief on my end . I’ll reply to something thinking they already got my message and they haven’t and I don’t know until I get another message later . It should show the last message that they are replying to in detail . Please fix this! Please!please! Please! I will give 5 stars if you fix this. Thanks , C

    This app does not let me login. I get an error everytime I try login. I done uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times still doesn’t work. Have to actually go into safari just to sign in and send a message which is a waste especially when they have an app design to do it. FIX THIS PROBLEM LIKE ASAP

    Hello, i don’t like the app because it doesn’t giving me to goin in the app like it use to and it’s charging me $8.00 for it so on my other phone i had this app and it’s not charging me and it’s hard to login too

    Hello i have brother of mine's in jail and the app has been amazing to email get messages , but right now it's saying sync error ,and want update to see his recent new messages . help i've refreshed went in and out the corrlinks app still doing the same thing . hurry please FIX IT .

    Have had an account for FBOP prisoner email exchange for over 4 years. Paid the 7 bucks each year to get notices. Haven’t used it for approx 10 months now and can’t get in. Tried to get a password reset link emailed to the account that I KNOW exists, and after multiple attempts and no link sent, chose to do a new account with the same email address as the old one, and it let me, set it up when it should have declined because the email was already in use. Then it wanted a PIC code from my son in the system. Which I no longer have, since the account was set up in 2021. So atm I have nothing. The odd thing when it wouldn’t let us log in, is my wife was still getting notifications on her tablet when messages were sent to us, yet the app wouldn’t allow login from there either. Previously (10 months ago) this site worked fine, would have rated it 4 stars). Now is broken with no explanation as to what occurred to lead to this. Have contacted support to see if old account can be recovered and a link to set new password sent. Waiting for response.
