    My boyfriend hasn’t been getting my messages and I haven’t been getting his and when it was working I don’t get notifications about getting a message please fix this problem as soon as possible

    I’ve been getting a big red error message when trying to send messages. I signed out and tried to sign back in and now I can’t even sign back in to the APP but I can use the same sign on information in my web browser.
