How do I reset my password for the text app

This app is horrible

My boyfriend hasn’t been getting my messages and I haven’t been getting his and when it was working I don’t get notifications about getting a message please fix this problem as soon as possible

To download this app it charges you $6.60. Did anyone else get charged?

This app is trash. This form of communication is sometimes all we have as a way to connect with those we love who are incarcerated. Yet, constant errors, bugs, crashing, and messages not being delivered or received but paid for. This is a VERY no frills app, I don’t understand why it can’t be maintained in a way that allows smooth use without errors. This platform is a lifeline and should be treated as such, both for us outside and them inside. Being able to connect with the outside world is extremely important for our loved ones, please fix this app!! PS: For those who mentioned paying $13.99 for $10 in message credit, add money thru the website, NOT the app.. it’s free that way!

I’m suppose to be able to send photos, but it does NOT give you the option to send them!

Was only able to use it a few times. All I get is an error message written in red. Super frustrating.
