Epic Haiku & Limerick

It quickly allows me to check on the most critical information for my patients. I can do remote monitoring of several anesthesia cases. I can review with my patients important information. I can sign consents electronically. Every iteration keeps adding valuable information.

Haiku has a lot of options to it, but not silent - please add the ability to have “vibrate” as a sound option for notifications.

Missing: ·Functional Appt Desk. Unable to check in appts, cannot make appts. ·Cannot create new encounters... You get a phone call on your cell phone but can't turn around and document it on the same cell phone. ·Cannot see the care plan not update goals or interventions. This could be great but really needs major updates.

I can’t rate this app low enough. Freezes all the time, can’t open charts sometimes, very slow. Just terrible all around

Please add 1) ability to EASILY save clinical patient photos. When you click the camera icon on the patient’s name in the app, you are given 3 selections. When you click clinical images to take photos of various parts of the body, the document type is left as unspecified for every photo. You have to go and select each photo and select patient photo which is tedious if there a number of photos. Would recommend putting patient photo as a selection when you click the photo app in the top of the corner to default and simply this now tedious process. 2) Favourite note filters: ability to quickly select filters that are frequented. 3) ability to customize the order of the bottom row icons in the patient chart. 4) Feedback button. This is a bread and butter feature for any good app!

Since latest update, unable to upload media. Launches camera but blank screen. Tried logout and login no better.

Please please can we edit yellow sticky note from the app. I use that to take notes down on the go. using the finger to draw note option isn’t helpful

I have a patient in an emergent situation and suddenly i try to log into haiku because i don’t have my PC and can’t use this because you don’t support my iOS anymore!

Doesn’t stay logged in, difficult to type in password as the keyboard is always disappearing. Doesn’t use pass keys. Interface is small. I’m not really sure why you’d use this unless you want to work for free from home?

This is the worst app I have ever worked with. This is unbelievable that Apple allows this kind of poor quality app in their App Store.
