Sonos made a mess of its system. Became extremely difficult to connect (used to be easy). Too busy creating 2 apps to sell more speakers while ruining the experience

For well over a year I have been unable to access my personal music (on my computer) which worked before that time. I talked to your tech. people who spent well over an hour trying to fix my problem, but nothing worked.
  • Liquid Glass UI needs adjustment

I love this app for years and still my daily driver for 8 S1 Sonos devices at home. I loved the new Liquid Glass menu design deployed recently but the selected options are highlighted in white, which is very hard to see. It would be a million times better if the selected menu option in default blue or any other contrasting color. Thanks Sonos for keeping this app alive!
  • Doesn’t work anymore

I have 3 play 1 and play base. For 7years had no issues. App was snappy and songs played very quickly after picking. Now, I get errors when trying to play sources I have had for years, the play one that is not part of the surround system takes forever to recognize the selected song and when it does it doesn’t have any audio, but the track timing is counting. Factory reset router, app, speakers and still don’t work anymore. Service couldn’t help. Time to move on to a new ecosystem.
  • Ok I’m not going to upgrade so deal with it.

Half the time this app doesn’t work anymore. My system is still working a-ok, why would you castrate this app? I’m not going to upgrade…ever.
  • Great, except one thing

Love this app, and the products! Except streaming Amazon music, it loads pretty glitchy, and it absolutely will not play my “liked” playlist. This is 90pct of my use and it’s frustrating I can’t shuffle my favorite songs.

Sat down to read the Sat paper with my morning jazz playlist. Alas, Sonos won’t connect to any music source… then lost my speakers using the app on my iPad. And I can’t even get the app to find my system on my new iPhone. I have over $4K in Sonos equipment… should be better than this.
  • Sonos Player Has Lost Its Mind

Sometime in the past couple weeks, the Sonos player has lost its mind: it can’t find Spotify playlists, Apple Music playlists, and it tries to play them and keeps throwing an error 1002. I’ve been through this before with Sonos a few years back when they did a major software upgrade.
