I have to reconnect to my speakers every 2-3 days and cannot have more than 1 device connected at the same time.

This app used to be VERY EASY to use and was very intuitive. The past several years, it has become very much NOT intuitive. I believe the change occurred about the time they integrated with Spotify. Anyway, in my opinion, it is no longer an easy to use app.

Used to work so well until they ruined everything. Wish I’d never bought a Sonos product. Avoid at all costs!
  • Love fussy unreliable kit?

Hard work. System constantly requiring resetting. Randomly. Probably needs hardwired Ethernet connection to be stable.
  • Bad Software

Unreliable software. Cant believe it hasn’t been fixed. Almost never works at first try. Very disappointed with Sonos.
  • What happened?

Horrible now. When I bought all the speakers, I could play from my phone via Bluetooth anywhere in the house. Then came the updates, everytime you simply wanted to play a song, and you can not connect without the newest update, by the time you update it’s been 20 minutes. Very frustrating. Now they require you to have a streaming service, latest was you had to have THEIR paid subscription. Now all the speakers sit silent. Useless. Gonna have a yard sale to get rid of them.

  • Great overall, but Volume Control slider…Meh

I have enjoyed Sonos speakers for almost 15 years now around my home. Overall, I really like the app, but the Volume Control slider could be better. Specifically, it is hard to get granular control at lower volumes because you have to consistently and accurately place your finger in the ever shrinking space to the left of volume “knob” on the slider. My home is typically only at 10-15 on the slider, so I am always dealing with this tiny, almost imperceptible, space on the slider to make small adjustments.
