    This is a great product. Very accurate for the price - probably only 10-20% of the price of comparable launch monitors meaning you save thousands of dollars for a product that only costs a few hundred. That being said - this app is terrible. Hard to believe in 2026 there’s an app this bad. It freezes regularly. When you click on certain buttons it doesn’t respond, it can take tens of seconds to respond, and in some cases, simply crashes. It feels very buggy. I hope the app can be improved because it is no where near the quality of the launch monitor and creates a lot of frustration.

    I continue to love this launch monitor. It’s so powerful to review your swing recordings in the app. I bought a gaming computer and gspro to take it yo the next level but honestly I’ve never set it up. Using the iPad with the mlm2pro is just too convenient. I do wish putting were added, i think it would just help with gameplay finishing out holes. I relieze putting might be hard to perfect or make all that accurate given the device location relative the ball. Thanks for the continued updates!

  • Extremely accurate and affordable launch monitor, but course quality could improve

    Ive been using this monitor for a couple months now, and it has really helped me improve my game. A randomized target system really helps to dial in yardages, although it would be nice to have this option available in the normal range to be able to set more distances for targets. The monitor distanced and yardages seem very accurate and are very similar to those of a Trackman or GC Quad. One main critique would be to have more quality in courses over quantity. Many courses seem to lack detail, and some play completely flat. Spending time and designing 10-20 courses in more detail to be available to play along side the 30,000 offered would be a good balance between being able to play your home course and being able to play in semi realistic conditions of world famous courses. Overall this is a very good product, and if your looking for a cheap and accurate indoor/outdoor launch monitor, I would highly recommend the Rapsodo MLM 2 Pro

  • Memory hog and battery pig

    The app itself is pretty good, everything functions fine, I wish there was a little bit more flexibility in terms of metrics that gets displayed but for the money, the app itself is great. The big problem is that after a good amount of usage all of the videos keep building up on your phone, the app blew up in size to over 48 GB. This is unacceptable. There is no option to simply clear the cache or delete whatever is stored locally on your device. I pay for the R-Cloud service or whatever it is, so imo all of that data should be in the cloud and not on my device! The only way to get the app back down to size is to totally delete it and reinstall it. Edit- I forgot to mention the other issue is that it absolutely crushes the battery on my iPhone 16 Pro. Crushes it. An hour long session will burn 75 to 85% of my battery. My phone also gets super hot. My iPhone 13 used to have the same exact issue

  • Rarely Works Right

    I’ve had this app for several years, and it rarely ever works right. I’ll take it out to the range, and hope to use it, but often, the app won’t even load, or it’ll freeze. And almost anytime I try to update the firmware, it freezes up the app, and I can’t use it unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. Why, after years, is this app still so terrible?

    App not working at all today. Drops connection regularly. Monitor not accurate. Totally waste of money. Wish I would have bought something else. Right now it’s just a sinker for my fishing line

    When it works, it’s great, accurate, and fun. Good luck getting it to work though. I spend more time deleting and re-downloading the app, connecting and disconnecting networks, and installing wifi extenders. Constant disconnects, misreads, and freezes. The software is also terrible.

  • Bait and switch

    I got this as a present and found it was more accurate than my Garmin, so I sold the Garmin. Little did I know that most of the features would disappear after a year and require a premium subscription. Definitely would have kept my Garmin. The latest update removed yet another feature that used to be in the free version (impact view). The app is also quite laggy (3 sec delay on some buttons) and the FW update process is terrible.

    Bought it, used it for 2 months and used the impact and swing camera to see what I was doing wrong, after 2 months went and played my first 18 since I started, shot an 89, I usually shoot high 90’s to 110, this thing is awesome!!
