    After YEARS of trying every supplement and feeling desperate I heard about cbt-i and got this app. It works. Sleeping through the night. It requires consistency. The first few weeks are hard and you can expect to be tired and then…sleep improves. Slowly but steadily I’m getting better and better sleep. Worth every penny. I’m going to tell my doctor who has given me countless sleeping pill prescriptions (all temporary band aids) to start recommending this to his patients instead.

    The app is okay. It works for what it is. The AI is pretty wonky and doesn’t learn a whole lot, but it remembers what you say and can parrot it back. But it’s clear that it doesn’t really understand what you’re saying. As for the sleep logging, that works fine. But I could have done that in my notes or on a sheet of paper for that matter. My biggest issue is that CBTi didn’t work for me ( there’s also around a 40% dropout rate, so I’m not alone). As a rule follower, this was hard pill to swallow. Just follow the rules and illl be fine. Not this time. I followed for 26 days, and my sleep got so much worse I thought I was going to be really ill. A few days ago I started bending the rules and looking for alternatives. They are out there! If CBTi is not for you, keep looking. You deserve to sleep and feel whole again. I’m not there yet, but I’ve had a few good nights, and that does wonders for my attitude.

    If you are serious about changing your sleep patterns, this is the program for you. I am a high school health teacher, and we talk about sleep in one of our units. The practices they use here are absolutely science based. But you need to be ready to follow the program and be committed. I wasn’t ready yet and so didn’t complete the program. I asked for a refund and it was given immediately with no questions asked. That has never happened to me with subscription apps. I was more than pleased. So when I’m ready to commit to improving my sleep, this is the program I will choose.

    After paying, their system would not grant access to the app. Two efforts with support were fruitless. Other reviews suggest this is not a unique experience and that nothing revolutionary is offered anyway.
  • Not reliable. Gives wrong advices.

    I traveled from east to west and this app kept giving me completely wrong advice for jet lag for a month. After more than a month I am still stuck in a jet lag. Exhausted. Spikes of BP and HR now. All their advices were for west - east travel. Horrible. Contacted their customer support. Nobody bothered to reply. Useless app and harmed me giving wrong advices. Try something different. More reliable.

    I’ve had challenges with waking up too early and staying awake due to state-of-the-world events and stress with extended family dealings. The Rest app had sensible tips and suggestions to assist me in getting back on track. I discovered my bed/sleep habits were contributing to sleep issues. Navigating the app is easy as is watching my progress. The AI coach in this app is state-of-the-art. Very impressive AI and my hats off to the tech people who created this app. Thanks also to the science people behind the coaching and spot on suggestions that helped me. Now I’m well-rested and well-informed on this topic and issue.
  • Cancel subscription it is not friendly

  • Frustrating

    Most info presented isn't new to people who've done even cursory research on sleep. I see the same articles every day on the value of logging sleep, etc. also the AI responses to the responses I enter often don't make sense or are just wrong. So I have gotten little value or help from this app and won't be renewing after the trial ends. Would not recommend. There are better apps that offer human coaches and personal responses. This one is pretty useless in my experience.
  • Cannot register a new account

    The REST app will not accept my Gmail email address when I try to register for a new account. It gives me a message that says this email address does not look correct and has a red circle at the end of the address. I did not get that message when I put in a fake email address. I cannot write the app right now because I haven’t tried it, but I really want to try because I need a good app to check my sleep, quality and parameters.
