I enter my user name and password then goes to a BLANK Blue screen and does nothing. Have never been able to use app. Tried multiple devices and still not working on any of them.

I’ve attempted to use the app to log in and I’m only able to long in periodically. After I enter my credentials, it takes me back to the log in screen almost every time. Major pain.

I’m really liking the Jarvis app and how easy it is to use. It’s nice to be able to open the app to check on my commissions, applications, etc while on the go instead of needing to open my computer to login to the website. I’ve noticed they keep adding new features and improvements which is great! Thank you!

The only ways to unhang are to offload the app or to reboot the phone.

I have been selling insurance for multiple companies for the past couple years and I have to say United health Care is the best. Their website and new mobile app are definitely the easiest to use compared to others and provide everything I need to best assist my members and clients. Not to mention their producer help desk is awesome - anytime i call or need something they’re always beyond helpful and take care of me. Thanks!

It never sent me a verification email. (Why I need one is a mystery to me, it’s an app on MY device!) so I can’t even log in with it.
