PETLIBRO LITE

I have been sitting here an hour trying to setup this feeder. I have had this product for over two years and every 6 months it resets itself to “offline” and I have to sit here in this app trying over and over again to connect it again. I am sitting in front my router, I have my phone on the feeder, and it keeps telling “check WiFi, your phone might be too far, is you Bluetooth on?”. I recently got a backup that uses the regular petlibro app and that connected so quickly. What is wrong with this app? Please make an update for all models to move to the newer app because I’m actively going around telling people not to buy this product. Gotta go now, pushing into over an hour of still trying to get this to work. So disappointed.

It suddenly can’t connect and never connects again!!!!

Barely usable and times don't save

I don’t get notifications of movement or sounds anymore. Sounds at least let me know it was dispensing the food. Use to be nice to not worry. I have tried to reset by unplugging, going into app to adjust notifications and looking for updates.

it’s been weeks since the app would let me change my feeding schedule, i can’t change or add food, the app just gives me the spinning wheel of doom. now i have a useless auto feeder that doesn’t work. Please fix this bug.

I’ve had this feeder for a couple of years, and in the last six months or so, it hasn’t been consistently notifying me of feeding execution. I barely get any now. I have to replay recorded video to confirm, because it isn’t consistently appearing in the log either. Also, it randomly repeated execution of one of the scheduled feedings on some days without having a second feeding set. This was when the log was working, and I could see that it fed once at 7pm and once at 7:04, but with no reason. I only set it for 7. I had to clear out the schedule a few times and start over. Now it’s working, but I’m having the other issues noted above. Is there a way to fix it?

this app has been moderately bad since i started using it 2 years ago but lately it’s not been working correctly. it’s glitchy and i don’t get notifications. it’ll not feed or feed twice and not even log any of it. sounds like they just kick this app to the curb hoping we’ll all buy a newer feeder because my friend has a slightly newer device that uses the regular petlibro app and it’s way better than this junk. mind you, i have a camera auto feeder that was over $100. it’s shameful to have such a terrible app that is not updated regularly. our pets rely on this app functioning properly. it’s not okay.

The app is broken. Modifying feeding schedules is impossible. Makes petlibros overpriced products even less worth the purchase.

Was working fine until it got disconnected. Now the app can’t find my device to reconnect, which was always a painful process anyway.

We were loving our feeder up until very recently. I’m unable to change the schedule without deleting the app completely and reinstalling. And then I have difficulties getting the machine to attach to the app. Please update this app so it works appropriately.
