    The app and feeder used to work pretty good, but within the last year, the remote features have gotten bad. turning on and off the schedules is very problematic. Sometimes they will take sometimes they won’t, sometimes they’ll show turned on when you turned it off, etc. I’ve had to change each schedule one at a time. Exit the app come back into the app and double check. Also, Manuel feeds have slowed significantly up to three minutes. When I hit the Manuel feed button it can be minutes before it actually makes the food drop.
  • Needs serious fixing

    I was just charged for a year-long membership two months ago, probably my third year in a row. All of a sudden in my account does not exist, but yet my feeders still go off. I had to create a brand new account to try and get my subscription to work…. And the subscription was unable to be transferred over. Support was clueless. Now I’m leaving town TONIGHT and my brand new account says every plan is out of stock. How is that even possible????? This is a nightmare.
  • Not updating the schedule

    It’s the worst app for the feeder. They have glitches and problems all the time. The feeder get offline constantly. Nit the WiFi problem. Please fix this ASAP. Or send me the updated feeder free of charge.

    it’s cruel that the app stopped being updated two years ago. why don’t you just merge this app with the more popular one so that all of your customers can have pets that are fed consistently. why am i having to open the app so often to reconnect my devices?? i spent a lot of money on this feeder and water fountain, i expect that the app will work. and it’s not.

    All of a sudden the app isn’t working. I’m not getting notifications and a few weeks ago it went offline (no notification) and I had the hardest time getting it connected again. Still no notifications and yes I’ve checked all settings.

    When clicking to change anything you have to click about 20 times for it to apply. When doing manual feed, I now have to wait 5 minutes for the machine to dispense. Really wish there was an update as I’ve had this for a few years now and I’ve been dealing with this annoyance for 6 months now. This used to be a great app with the machine.

    Like many other consumers who have left dissatisfied reviews, we share the same sentiment. All we did was update our WiFi credentials, and suddenly there’s a new app that won’t recognize our PLAF203. We've had ongoing issues with it since we purchased it. The "support" team does their best by sending YouTube videos with repetitive step-by-step troubleshooting instructions, but none of it has worked. After spending an entire day on this, we’ve reached the end of our patience and are now forced to await a “supervisor” escalation, which promises contact in 3-5 days.…
