  • Fountains just stop working

    My two fountains randomly stopped working, and their customer support is just an AI chat bot. When I finally got a human they just regurgitated generic troubleshooting steps. I tried to follow their guides to reset my fountains, but all the guides for the fountains say to press a reset button which doesn't exist on the fountain. Threw them in the rash because they're such garbage. Do yourself a favor and get a better fountain than these.

    The app works great, but for those who have a cat that wake them up in the middle of the night, and want to check on their feeding status, it’d be nice to not be flashbanged every time we open the app. One of the brightest, whitest apps on my phone, and I just so desperately wish there was a night/dark mode.

    The device along with their customer support not worth a single penny I’ve had battery issues after 2 months. Support does not respond in timely manner. The phone number routes to voice mail that is never returned. Refusal to honor published warranty. Just another company with slick marketing and cheap Chinese plastic products.

    Your app does not work properly on iPad. Portions of some pages are unreachable. For example, it’s not possible to add a pet because you can’t scroll down to edit the rest of the form.

    Works well and is easy to clean. Can pick up wifi from a good distance. I have three issues: 1 - it doesn’t always warn you that the food levels are low until it’s empty. 2 - An $80 feeder should be able to do a feeding schedule without a $5+/month subscription. 3 - Ads, seriously why are there ads I just want to feed my cat
  • Great Products - Subpar App

    Their feeders are great, and their new automatic litter box seems promising so far! But man, does this app have problems. The functionality is present, and it’s relatively clean in some areas like being able to edit and correct details for which cat used the litter box and what waste they left while viewing the footage of the pet without having to leave that screen. But in general, the UI feels slow/clunky and not super intuitive. There’s an entire tab for services and there’s nothing even in it currently, it just says coming soon. Even if there was something in that tab, I don’t want an entire UI tab for that. Have that be an option somewhere else in the app to view. Instead, give me a tab for my pet profiles with all of their data from their applicable linked products. Or give me a Food/Feeding Tab or a Waste/Litter Tab or let us choose what tabs we have visible based on what is important to the user. It’s also annoying that you can’t have another person sign into your account without it signing you out. Device sharing is nice and works as a workaround/solution but then everyone who wants access to any of the devices needs their own account; and you have to share each devices separately. Also the sharing process to share each product is tedious and is not seamless and you have to enter the numeric user id of the users you want to share with which is not immediately apparent in app. Also, the app will randomly lag and freeze, becoming unresponsive for a bit before working again and trying to perform whatever actions you tried to do while it was frozen. Sometimes the app becomes unresponsive to the point where you need to force close and relaunch it to get it to work/respond again. Please fix these issues and consider a more minimal UI approach with a focus on pet profiles/data over having tabs dedicated to services that most won’t be interested in, especially if it’s shoved in our faces in the app.
