  • Constantly disconnect from the Internet.

    I don’t know if this is the latest version of the app or the latest version of the firmware but for about a week now the device that was solid for a year keeps disconnecting off the Internet and never working when I needed to developers. Please check into this. I get 50 notifications per day.

    I have the RFID feeders because each of my cats have specific dietary needs. Lately the app has not been notifying me when food levels are low and even tells me food was successfully dispensed even though there was no food to dispense. Our cats have signaled to us that they were out of food multiple times now. I tried reaching out to support, but after they got my diagnostic info they never circled back with me. I love the design of these feeders and the UI of the app, but I can’t have my kitties starving because the notifications are busted.

  • Device fails to Connect

    I can’t set my device up, due to device not loading properly I think… tried reaching out to support like the app said & they ghosted me, it’s been 2 days & they have not responded. There is no customer support hotline & they refused to call me. Looks like I’m out over $150 & have a useless product 😡

  • Remove 5-schedule limit

    Please eliminate the 5 schedule limit in this app. Our cat has up to 5 feedings a day, so depending on when we’ll be away, we have to remove an existing schedule to be able to add a new combination. There’s no need for such a limit, the schedule page should be scrollable to accommodate more.

  • Stopped working-terrible customer service

    Second edit 3 months later: once again having issue with just one, same issue as last time, internet went down and now it shows connected on the internet but the app says it’s disconnect and wont let me get past reset. Was speaking to someone and have not heard back, very disappointed. It’s been over 6 days and still not reply from support as to why the feeder has stop connecting. Honestly worse customer service- they have no chat or phone number to call just email. I have reached out 10 times and haven’t gotten any help. Edit: spoke with a different person, who figured out my feeder was not working properly he was nice and got a replacement sent out quickly, sent me order number and tracking numbers just got the replacement. got notification that my feeder disconnected, the full unit won’t even connect or register, just rest successful but cant move forward and the customer service rep was not helpful just said well we did all our troubleshooting.

    Setting up the 3 meals for the wet food feeder is clumsy and buggy.. I closed the feeder rather then wait till it was scheduled to close and it jumped to my next day 1 meal and jumped over the 2nd and 3rd feeding g

  • App is very hard to read

    This app is incredibly hard to read. The font is so small and light gray making it so hard to see what the settings are. If they changed the color to black and made the font bigger it would be much better.

  • basic features locked behind subscription

    Spent $90 on a Petlibro WiFi feeder expecting it to do basic things like track how much my cat eats, just like my previous Petkit feeder. Turns out it Petlibro requires a $60 annual subscription to show feeding history, unlike the Petkit app. Absolute ripoff. Returning and buying another Petkit feeder instead.
