Do it anytime, anywhere, everyday. • Posture Reset — Improve your posture with seated stretches designed to correct habitual posture problems by increasing flexibility in the shoulders, back, and neck. • Full Body — A comprehensive routine focused on improving overall flexibility. Move through 20+ stretches targeting key muscles and joints throughout your entire body. • Sleep — Unwind and de-stress with gentle, long-hold stretches designed to improve sleep quality by relieving muscle tension and relaxing the body. • Expert — An advanced routine covering all major muscle groups and extremities. Movements range in their level of complexity to promote greater flexibility and range of motion. • Planks — A series of plank poses activating all of the muscles in your core. A strong core improves posture and balance, increases flexibility, and reduces lower back pain. • Isometrics — An isometric exercise routine thats build muscle, strength, balance, and range of motion in targeted areas through static muscle contraction. Track your progress and build up a streak as extra motivation to stretch each day. What are you waiting for? Join millions of people committed to improving their lives through greater flexibility. -- “It's not enough to build muscle and achieve aerobic fitness. You need to think about flexibility, too. Stretching has to happen on a regular basis. It should be daily. You'll need to do it over time and remain committed to the process.” - Harvard Medical School -- Apple Health: Stretch Club integrates with the Health app, giving users the option to sync their health information and activity with Apple Health. • Cheapskates don’t get much

The only thing i’d ask for is more options for free members. 2 or 3 more is all. I’d love to stretch in the morning and this is the best app I’ve found, but I can’t pay for it and I have 2 options for stretching.
  • Overpriced

This would be a great app but they are bent out on keeping a subscription model for an app that doesn’t even get updated with new content. You get 2 work outs for free which I like, but $5 a month for the other workouts, which are just a graphic image and timer? Please, there already billions of subscription apps, and this app would be more worth it if there was a one time fee. $60 annually for graphics and timers is not worth it, but I would do $60 for lifetime access.
  • Pretty good. Not that great on Apple Watch.

Nice simple interface. Clean illustrations. I like that I will be able to build a custom stretching routine altho I have not done it yet. It’s nice to play Spotify in the background into ear buds while using this app for stretching. It would be helpful if a voice gently announced the next stretch so you could just go into it without looking at the app, as an option. Problems with Apple Watch: Must choose and start the routine from connected iPhone which is annoying. Timer constantly freezes and stops showing the countdown even tho it’s tracking in the background so there is no duration feedback mid pose when looking at your wrist.

I’ve been using this app for a few days now, and so far I am satisfied. I feel motivated whenever I get up in the morning and do this stretch. This helped me a lot with my lower back, and it helped me relax more. I really hope I get to use other stretch workouts from this app. Thank you so much for making this app!
  • Monthly fee should mean updates

I am not sure why you have to pay monthly to use this app. It is never updated and is just a static collection of the same stretch routines. There is not ongoing work on it. I have enjoyed it for 6 months but don’t know why I have to keep paying. If they’d add some new features, like making the Apple Watch app functional on its own without the phone, then it would be worth paying for. I am going to cancel.

When I first got into the app, it looked very promising. But I then realized that almost every stretch needed pro to do it. There is only 2 stretches that are free, so I think there should be more options for people with free. I get the point of getting pro to have more variety, but not everyone can pay for it. Other than that, I feel this app would be better with a little more options for free.
