    i'm just really glad to have an app that encourages me to stretch. i sit a lot for work and forget i need to move around sometimes. having this app has already helped keep me from getting too stiff. it's also already helped my posture and tech neck!

    I love this app but it would be so much better if you could also add your own stretch to the routine. Right now you are limited to what they have in their library. It’s a great collection but I like some stretches that aren’t an option and especially if I’m creating a workout routine or a self care routine there are things beyond the core poses I’d like to add. I’d also like if you could choose what sound you want to play when it’s time to switch poses

    Bend delivers a carefully planned routine that transitions between stretches that make ergonomic sense. The combination of the visual timer ring on the phone, watch 10 second warning, and transition tones are extremely helpful for the more challenging stretches. The only addition I hope for in future revisions would be a human voice that announces the next pose just before the transition tones.

    It holds me accountable and takes the mental load off me - just making me choose what type of stretch I’m looking for versus planning a routine out. I have a busy life and this helps me keep on track much better.

    after my college athlete years, I was never much for stretching or taking care of my body unless I was working out or playing a rec sport. Then I got injured, which compounded on another injury and then another. I had back pain I had never had before. I needed to change something so I downloaded this little app and it changed everything. Now I can’t imagine starting my days without doing my morning routine. Sets me up for success in my workouts and i have not more pain. Never going back to not stretching.
