  • Bluetooth is broken and app crashes

    I spent an hour figuring out how to hook up the damn bluetooth and when i finally did and hit connect on my device it immediately crashed

    This app worked fine until I put the new firmware on and now it crashes every time I launch it. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling etc and I’ve spent an hour with AI trying to resolve it but they just straight up have to fix the app.

    The app was killed by a firmware update some number of months ago. Finally updated my tmp and the app works great with no problems.

  • Great app… needs an “offline” mode

    The app works well, easy connect via bluetooth (or USB cable for the Mac version. But it needs an “offline” mode to allow searching for user presets when your Tonemaster Pro is not available: There are hundreds of user presets in lots of categories, and the ability to browse and then download later would be very convenient. Happy to “log in” to do this, and be able to mark presets for later.

    Worked for a while up until one of the last updates. Now I can’t connect my phone anymore. Would be such a useful tool, too. I’ve tried everything to fix it with no luck. No real help from customer support either. I love fender but would be great if I could use this app again. So convenient for building presets when it actually works.

    v1.5.1, iOS 18.1: Bluetooth not connecting. “Please enable Bluetooth” error message despite BT having been enabled. Frustrating and time-consuming user experience. Equally discouraging that this is not the first review to mention this issue, and the most recent update was over 1 month ago.
