    I have not been able to log on to my account. Every time I open the app, it tries to sign me up for something and then says no business associated with that account even though I can access account from desktop

    I tripped some kinda of fraud alarm and have been treated like criminal by Intuit tech support. They have put my checking account on hold and locked the deposited money away. They say they might return money in six months. This is not how a bank account should work. I am suing them.

    I have Quickbooks Online Pro for my husbands and I's Small Business. I downloaded this along with a couple other QuickBooks apps so I could create invoices on the side of the road for customers. My current pro's and con's of this are as follows... Con's: 1) This app does not ever update. In Vendors Section, invoices are not there. I can put them in on when i am fixing to create an invoice to have parts for the invoice, but nope they do not ever show up. 2) Customer Section does the same thing. If the customer pays via the email link it will not show they paid for days or weeks, most time's not at all. 3) Creating an invoice for a customer is mind boggling. There is absolutely no easy way about doing it. My husband gets so itchy with me over the amount of time it takes to make one simple invoice. Pro's: 1) If I had my desktop computer available, I can see the updates too invoices right then and there. But since we are in trying to build our own shop that is not an option right now. 2) I can request customers signature on screen with my phone or tablet. And when invoice is printed their signature shows on the printed invoice.. Wish they would fix these issues, and make it more a user friendly app...

    Your small business owner I recommend you stay far away from this app. They are misleading. They wanna hold your money for five days when your customers paid with a credit card so they receive their money. A small business cannot make it when people play with their money. And I hope square put y’all out of business

    Honestly I’m just very frustrated at this point I sent an invoice and in Thursday last week the customer paid and I was notified on the app that it was deposited this is the 3rd business day and still no money in my bank

    Random issues with checks and they can’t tell me what the problem is so after sitting on the phone for almost 2 hours while working they decided to hang up when they couldn’t figure out the problem. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I had the option to send review without one

    “We can't deposit this check. Try depositing another check” or “There was a network or server issue. Let's try again, ” is what the app says when trying to deposit a business check. Vendor already replaced their original check and I have no WiFi/5G LTE issues. No human support for troubleshooting, just AI. No physical ATM locations for deposits either.

    All this app does is collect your standard Intuit login info, then asks for more personal information and then you get stuck on a screen saying you’re applying for a checking account. How did Apple let this fake app through? Don’t download!!!! Fake app!!!!

    Quickbooks Morning and its app is terrible. I signed up as it was at the bottom of my client’s email and it is a nightmare I am still trying to unravel. Now my client can’t see my banking details in their portal. I no longer get the payment on the way emails from my client And I am being paid days after everyone else. Please avoid. Your client probably isn’t inviting you to Quickbooks Money. It’s just fluff on their email to get you to sign up
