    I love this app. Love the soft incentive structure of maintaining a streak, and the best part is that stretching feels so good that, even with the ones that can be uncomfortable, you can’t wait to do it again. I try to do multiple routines every day, and the ones for wake up, work, and sleep are my absolute favorites. There’s also a very nifty AI option that will create a routine for you based on your specific needs— I am just getting into this so I’m no expert, but I love the routine it came up with for me. I’m looking forward to trying harder stretches and obtaining more and more mobility.

    Made the jump to premium, and have not regretted it! I love the AI customizable routines, the premade options, and the option to builds these myself. I’m not a pro by any means, but I find myself doing yoga every night or finding ways to incorporate gentle strength training routines into this. I used it during my most recent pregnancy, and am using it for postpartum recovery. Doing this helps my body feel good, and the animations keep me from falling into the judgement, comparison and negativity trap. No ads, just relaxing and feeling my body recover. Highly recommend!

    Good video information on what the stretches look like but it’s so hidden under a tiny nondescript info icon - wth yall this good content expose it to the users! The routines are nice but I don’t feel like they are always tailored as well as they could be and I don’t know the names of some of the stretches if like to add to my routine always. The onboarding was quit long and felt a bit unnecessary. It’s gotta be like 25 screens? You need to do some uxr and pair this down it’s gotta be hurting your conversion rate. The output was not so tailored that you couldn’t have just got me where I needed to be in 5 screens and then tuned my routine over the first week of use through questions. I like being notified to continue the streak I set out to accomplish, and I enjoy how simple all of the UI around this and other elements are. Simple and not trying to overdo it - nice job. However, the notifications are way too frequent and not at all when I want them. If I say I want to stretch before bed don’t send me notifications about my streak at 11am. I’m not even in a space where I can do these stretches or would want to. I would say that I feel like my super discounted year price was fair, but still I don’t believe this app gives enough content that it deserves a subscription at the rate they charge.
