    This app is well designed and thought out. They have video tutorials for every stretch in case you’re not sure how to move. You can select from a variety of different sessions that range from 4min to 30min (maybe more), from Wake Up stretches to Bedtime stretches and everything in between. There’s a timer that takes you through each one and tells you when to switch sides or directions. Love it! Highly recommend!

    The structure of the workout is so easy to follow. Visual image with timer that you can get more information on if you need. Love the five minute stretches and have really benefited from building them into the beginning of each day.

    I started using this stretching app a week ago, and it’s been a game changer. A week ago, I could barely reach past my knees and was constantly dealing with IT band pain. Now, on day six of daily stretching, my IT bands feel so much better—and I can already touch my toes! My next goal? Hitting the splits by the end of the summer. If you’re looking for an easy way to build a stretching routine, I can’t recommend this app enough!
