    Honestly I like this app the best so far. I like the app as extras to help you break the fast and gives in for about women who fast, and tips to support during my period. It’s a nice app that has helped me lose 5lbs in 2 weeks with new habits that aren’t too difficult to follow.

    I paid a yearly subscription. I would love this app IF it 1. Wouldn’t change my fasting time every single time. 2. The calories show up as kcal and that’s frustrating . No way to change it. 3. Won’t track my steps

    I have tried IF so many times and i always fail after a day or two. I have used this app for about 2 weeks now and I am seeing results and feeling amazing. It gives you healthy tips (for FREE!!) including the dos and donts while in fasting. There is some features you have to pay for but it pretty much has everything you would need without the subscription. It gives you reminders for water and its just very nice. If youre interested in IF please try out this app!!
