    I say my level is 90 degrees but then the app tells me to do the splits LIKE I CANT DO THAT. It keeps giving me wall stuff. Even when I put a dislike for all the wall stuff LIKE I DONT HAVE ANY FREE WALLS. And like I’m a BEGINNER I CANT TOUCH MY TOES. I put to hard and then it tells me to touch my toes. LIKE I CANT AND IM PUTTING DISLIKES.

    Everything about this app is amazing. You can make your own stretching routine by adding stretches and you can even adjust the time which I love! It tells you the calories you burned and the duration which is very helpful. It has helped me become more flexible and I recommend this app!

    i just got this app and i LOVE it. as a dancer (who has been dancing for 8 years) im so impressed by this!!! after my little workout and the stretching i tried a left split and this is the closest i've ever been down to the ground in a split!!! amazing app highly recommend!!!!

    Don’t try to get disappointed if you don’t split after 30 days, I did it for 30 days, then did stretches here and there for another 5-6weeks, then I suddenly did a front split. So, your body needs some time to digest the 30day challenge.
